I had a strudel waffle for dessert, now it's my favorite waffle)
The atmosphere is pleasant, the gray calm tones, the decorative inscription that glows "northern warmth is here" immediately attracted our attention. It's sooo cozy here! Very tasty coffee and lemonades!

This restaurant was a real discovery for me! From the first step inside, you can feel the cozy and warm atmosphere, which is ideal for enjoying delicious waffles. The interior is stylish, but at the same time very homely, and the aroma of freshly made waffles is simply maddening!
I tried the waffle with caramelized bananas and caramel sauce — it was incredible! The waffle is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the combination of flavors is just perfect. My friend ordered a waffle with berries and whipped cream, and was also completely delighted.
Special thanks to the staff — very attentive, friendly and professional staff. They helped with the selection and made our visit even more enjoyable.
The prices are quite consistent with the quality, the portions are large, and the taste is simply divine. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who loves waffles or just wants to treat themselves to a delicious dessert in a cozy atmosphere. I consider myself a gourmet and the word waffles would never have caught my attention if not for the taxi driver's recommendation)) The cafe is quite new and does not appear in the ratings yet. We came here on the last day of our stay in Brest and regretted that it was not the first time. Waffles are not thick from different types of dough - cheese, spinach, tomato with various fillings for every taste and with traditional sweet dough (for dessert options). There are also several options for soups and salads (also very tasty), drinks, including author's ones. That is, it is not only about "having a snack", but also about "having a full meal". I highly recommend it!

An institution that basically prepares Norwegian waffles with different fillings.
We ordered tea to take away, we wanted to come in the evening to sit quietly. And we saw a picture of the work of bartenders and waiters - it's non-stop laughter, joints, a long time of serving, or we cooked it...It looked just awful. Tea to go was waiting for 10!! minutes. The desire to visit this institution again no longer arises.
