I rarely write reviews, but this time I decided to write.I often visit this place, usually everything is just fine, but today I was especially pleased with this place.The administrator, Dmitry, guided me through the menu, which is better to take, and I have never regretted that I listened to his recommendation. Everything was very tasty, the service was top-notch. Thanks again to Dmitry, I will definitely come again :)

I made an order with a young man, with different checks, according to the promotion there was a waffle of the day for 5p when ordering from 10p. First, the order was made by a young man, then I asked the girl to add the waffle of the day to my order, before paying, I clarified whether she had added it exactly, to which I received an affirmative answer. As a result, when I received the order, my 2nd waffle was not there. She asked the girl, said she didn't understand me and thought it was for the guy's order (ALTHOUGH THERE WERE DIFFERENT CHECKS) and she couldn't do anything. If there were a lot of people, then I would have understood the situation and would not have written anything, but there was no one before and after us, the girl was just sitting on the phone. I am not a scandalous person, but when I see that the cashier does not care about the customer, then this is unacceptable to me.

It's hard to disappoint the first time, but this place succeeded. We made a pre-order through the app, set 45 minutes. The application does not display the status of the order in any way, it's just "accepted" all the time, and in fact you arrive at your chosen time and pick up absolutely cold waffles. The taste is hardly average, no "wow" happened. They gave 2 pieces of napkins for three waffles and two people, very generously. It is better to leave this money in another institution and not spoil your mood. 0/10 – and that's a lot.

It's a big disappointment that your waffles are expensive, but in fact the same sandwiches from the dining room, maybe a little better... I'm disappointed, it's better to buy a combo in a mac for 11 rubles, one star per location, these are all advantages. We waited for the order for half an hour, and in fact brought a sandwich with red fish and cucumber.

With an absolutely empty hall, they waited for the order for about 20 minutes. The order consisted of large "Legend of Norway" and "Joker". In the big legend of Norway, there were "incredible" 3 micro-pieces of fish, in total size as on one piece from the Philadelphia roll, completely different from how it is presented and described. 2 frozen sour strawberries and 3 bears were found in the big joker. Both are acceptable to taste, but not at the same price as they require. The price of such a disgusting performance should be 2 times lower. I will never come back again and I will not advise my friends.

Ужасно недовольны обслуживанием. Заказ ждали 35 минут, хотя говорили о 15. Таймер так и не запищал, самостоятельно подошли к выдаче, там стоял какой-то заказ, нам отдали его, тк цитирую «гость не приходит, забирайте, это тоже самое». В итоге получили две холодные вафли. Лимонад был такой, как будто в него добавили одну каплю сиропа. Я понимаю, что у вас сейчас гастрофест, но это не повод экономить на гостях и отдавать ужасную продукцию. Извинений за ожидание так же никаких не поступило. Разберитесь с обслуживанием в вашем заведении.

The beef patty is very tough, the sauce is less than in the spit, the vegetables are cut into very large pieces and sometimes give off a harsh bitterness (especially in cabbage). In general, I did not like the combination of waffles. To taste, you can put 3 out of 10. But the price/quality is 1/10.

Девушка на кассе ходит туда сюда, во время заказа волосы поправляет. Когда были готовы вафли, то 7 минут лежали и стыли, а только потом нажали кнопку подачи. Не рекомендую!

Не сочные вафли и зачем предлагать мясную начинку если лука в ней больше, чем мяса.
