I rarely write reviews, but this time I decided to write.I often visit this place, usually everything is just fine, but today I was especially pleased with this place.The administrator, Dmitry, guided me through the menu, which is better to take, and I have never regretted that I listened to his recommendation. I made an order with a young man, with different checks, according to the promotion there was a waffle of the day for 5p when ordering from 10p. First, the order was made by a young man, then I asked the girl to add the waffle of the day to my order, before paying, I clarified whether she had added it exactly, to which I received an affirmative answer. As a result, when I received the order, my 2nd waffle was not there. She asked the girl, said she didn't understand me and thought it was for the guy's order (ALTHOUGH THERE WERE DIFFERENT CHECKS) and she couldn't do anything. If there were a lot of people, then I would have understood the situation and would not have written anything, but there was no one before and after us, the girl was just sitting on the phone. I am not a scandalous person, but when I see that the cashier does not care about the customer, then this is unacceptable to me.
It's hard to disappoint the first time, but this place succeeded. We made a pre-order through the app, set 45 minutes. The application does not display the status of the order in any way, it's just "accepted" all the time, and in fact you arrive at your chosen time and pick up absolutely cold waffles. The taste is hardly average, no "wow" happened. They gave 2 pieces of napkins for three waffles and two people, very generously. It is better to leave this money in another institution and not spoil your mood. 0/10 – and that's a lot.
