We constantly visit the most expensive sauna "Alder". Every year the condition gets worse and worse. The rain shower practically does not work, the Jacuzzi buttons are broken, the backlight does not work. Of the two showers, only one works normally, the water in the side of the toilet is gaining twenty minutes - you can not wash it off))). But the most important thing is that we constantly talk about it to the administration, the reaction is "0". It's a pity that such an institution turns...... to the public bathhouse....

I was given a gift certificate to the salon... It was very cool.. A beautiful room, the girls at the reception are friendly, everything is very decent, and a young guy gave me a massage, which is very unusual for me. In short, massage for an hour, it's great! I recommend it to everyone, the prices are not low, but it's worth going, at least once.

There is no boiler with water, and the price of water in their bar, mom, do not grieve. The women's locker room stinks of urine so much that I didn't even go to wash, just to get out of this place as soon as possible. There are cool moments, but there is something that outrages and leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.
Among the advantages: cozy, comfortable, a variety of services, thoughtful interior.
Cons: we were at the cedar vip spa with friends, 2 showers - but only one worker with warm water. And because of the queue for one shower, the inconveniences are obvious. The second one is only cold water.
And another very significant disadvantage is that it is forbidden to scrub, salt, honey and all that in the sauna. They called after the visit and warned that it was forbidden for them! I'm sorry, but then it makes sense to go to the sauna if you don't do grooming procedures! I was told that it is possible in the shower only. Yes? Is there a scrub in the shower? Moreover, he is the only one for everyone! An interesting VIP service. A very unpleasant aftertaste after a call from their specialist.
And if there are such rules, then this sauna completely disappears from the list of recommendations and future visits.

We rented a vip sauna, as a result, when we arrived it turned out that there were no towels, no bathrobes, no tea cup.
Later, when it was time to dry the strips, it turned out that the hair dryer was not working, they called the reception, they said wait… As I understand it, the hair dryer is one for several saunas. One bright spot was the pool.

Having previously signed up for a visit to the spa and pool for a certain time (on the 4th attempt, since no one answered the phone, but called during business hours), we arrived and literally kissed the door, because at the reception we were told that there were no places and we had to wait literally half an hour (... what?) until people They won't come out. In this regard, questions arise:
1. Then why sign up if you still won't get in, even though you are signed up for this time?
2. I don't think that the spa center is called non-stop all day, then why do customers have to wait 20 minutes for a response?

We didn't get to the center itself, but we made certain conclusions. I didn't want to go to the packed baths and swimming pool, it turns out to be a public bath, not relaxation))) If it wasn't for the certificate, which will burn out in a couple of months, we wouldn't even be returning. About the procedures:
1. Facial cleansing. I signed up for an atraumatic facial cleansing. The receptionist even asked again: ultrasound? I say yes, at the same time being surprised that they do not know their procedures in the salon and their names written on their own website.
As a result, during the procedure itself, I already began to suspect that something was wrong.(but as a modest and non-confrontational person, I decided not to interfere with the master's work). In the end, the master tells me that I have sensitive skin and it's better for me to go for an ULTRASOUND CLEANING!!! And then I was blown away..And what the hell was I doing🤣 And when I was about to pay, I read "mechanical facial cleansing" on a piece of paper.
I had the wrong procedure,(but they even clarified and asked again), which is generally contraindicated for my face, and besides, it is 10p more expensive. Well, it's the absolute fault of the administrators, the master worked his 2 hours exactly, gave recommendations and everything went as it should.
2. Massage. Here we tried out different specialists with my sister. She was unlucky: she came across a man who was delayed in time for 10 minutes, stroked for 10 minutes out of the required 30, and even no music was playing in the background.
I was much luckier. 5c plus for masseuse Tatiana. I massaged for 25 minutes, to the tune of music,asked about all my back problems, gave various tips and recommendations for strengthening my back, and just chatted for a lifetime😁
3.Body pilling. My sister went. Thank God they warned her what to take with her. Everything passed in time, the whole body was treated, and even with elements of massage.
P.S. Mixed impressions. There are pros, but there are still more cons, unfortunately.

This time, coming on January 1 to relax with my family, it was very uncomfortable. It was very cold in the steam rooms, it turned out to warm up a little in the Russian sauna, when you go out to relax on the beach, you can freeze in 1 minute, not to mention that they come with children.
It's high time to change the Jacuzzi or at least wash it, rust flying out of all possible places is terrible

I gave a certificate for a SPA to the maximum, so that the lady of the heart chose it himself, tried to choose with saunas and so on. The girl chose the Alps.
In general, the adventures began with a locker room, the doors of which are located in a free passage, and when some madam had children, at least 3 men backed off at everyone who changed clothes.
Then it's more fun, the girl steamed normally, it's time for the SPA, she was told to wait a little... She waited exactly half an hour in the hallway. A "massage therapist" came, took him to a room in the basement, tried to explain himself, but nothing worked. He smeared it with oils and dumped it with the words: "Rest a little." Why not, after all, the Alps, it should have smelled like pine needles according to the advertisement, why not enjoy it, but the window was open initially, so no. In general, during the "rest" some people were running down the corridor and yelling at each other, only after everyone had dispersed, the employee remembered the client and softly whispered: "Yes, there is a girl for a massage." Perhaps they were Alpine mountaineers, but who would have known.
Finally, the "masseur" returned, told me to wash off the oils in the shower. There was no soap in the shower, there was nothing, the girl washed off the oils with water, no one warned (advice to those who decide on these "SPAS"). After that, the dude asked questions about who the girl works with (they say, it's important to know so that you can choose the type of massage), stroked a little and that's it.
We finished exactly as planned, half an hour of waiting is probably included in the procedure.
At the entrance, they took the strap in silence and walk through the forest, neither hello nor bye.
The gift turned out to be "gorgeous" simply. All men, don't give this stuff away. The maximum from the salon is to go for a steam bath.
Good luck to everyone, the only advantage of the institution is such stories.

I was in this institution for the first time with a gift certificate. I was supposed to have a pool + spa area for 1 hour and a 1:30 massage. The pool area is small for such a number of people (at that time there were 13 people).
In the spa area there is a Jacuzzi, which is clearly not cleaned, there is rust and there is no effect from the Jacuzzi itself because it almost does not work, i.e. you lie like in the bathroom. I almost fell from the locker room to the pool several times, the floor was so wet and there was a very good draft going down the corridor to the pool. I liked the massage, it was great.
After all the procedures, I went to the locker room to change clothes and dry my hair, going into the locker room I saw 10 people and a cleaner who was cleaning at a time when so many people went to the toilet, she burst into my room with a mop and it didn't stop her, she just left the door ajar and held it (the door to the toilet was not locked). And the most surprising thing to me was the hair dryer, which worked alone, and there were about 10 girls. I repeat, in the end I left there with a wet head.
I will not visit this institution anymore.

Gorgeous. I was in the sauna, I really liked it. Two salt steam rooms (one cold, the second hot), the sauna has a Jacuzzi, sun beds, two showers with different types of pressure, light music from bird stumps is playing, flowers are standing around. There is a sink with crushed people to cool off after the sauna.
After visiting this place, maximum relaxation is felt.

It was supposed to be a 20% discount. After studying the information on the website, I liked the Japan spa program (a visit to the spa complex + a swimming pool for 1 hour and an imperial full body massage, including the face and scalp lasting 1.5 hours). The price on the website is 61 rubles, and it's like with a permanent 20% discount. We were going together with my husband. I called to make an appointment. As I thought, the discount on the certificate is just an empty bell and does not apply to the permanent promotion of the program. Good. We'll pay extra. She asked what she needed to take with her. And now you need everything of your own (and a towel, and a bathrobe and flip-flops). There was no question of how to prepare for a massage. Signed up. We arrived at the appointed time and paid the missing amount. 2 programs Japan 123 rubles. Tea and coffee are also included (like a gift). The spa area is unsanitary. The Jacuzzi is dirty in mold, the water smells bad, as well as in the shower of impressions. The pool is normal, but the water around is not cleaned, you can easily slip. The massage is good, but!!! It lasted 15 minutes less than stated. In principle, not everything was done for my husband, there is a stubble on his face, as for some reason his stomach, and in general he did not lie on his back. We changed our clothes and wanted to drink "gift" coffee and tea. And oops, cappuccino is not included in the program at this chic establishment, only espresso or Americano. You can't pay extra for cream, pay 4.5 rubles. Well, in general, the staff is somehow on its own, not friendly, not worried about reputation. The conclusion is that the center is absolutely not what it positions itself to be. There is no point in visiting this institution anymore, I paid the money - there is no joy.

You can have a good steam bath and then cool off in the shower. One of the disadvantages is the water in the Jacuzzi and in the pool. In the evening, there is no light at all in the Jacuzzi area. When you climb into it, firstly, it seems that the water is kind of greasy and dirty, and secondly, there is a strange smell from the water. We didn't even sit in it for a minute. The water in the pool is greasy and cloudy. My wife has an allergy on her feet from some kind of chemistry. The staff is very friendly. In general, the pros and cons. I can't say that my vacation was a success.
