Previously, there was always excellent service, but now the administrator is doing his job disgustingly. It took 40 minutes to print one photo, despite the fact that there were only 2 queues in front of me (!!!!) human. Instead of serving those customers who are queuing, he processed the photo and made everyone wait for about 10 minutes. We stood and watched for more than 10 minutes as he processed the photo. He serves it very slowly, because at the same time he was also responding to messages on other clients' social networks. In my opinion, the priority should be those customers who are standing in line, not at the back. Horror. Disgusting service. I do not recommend contacting here if you need to do something efficiently and quickly. You'll only waste time.

I came with my Mom to take a passport photo for her, there are 3 people in the queue, the woman in front of us is also in the photo and she also took the photo behind us. A young guy was working, very slowly and fussing, as a result, he says to all 3 people, get ready now, I'll take pictures of you one by one, and then the calculation is in this perfume, mom says that you can redo the bad photos (he hasn't printed them yet, he showed them on the screen) to which we hear no, I can't leave, I I tell him that you can't redo it, but he stands like a sheep and looks at nothing without answering, the service is zero in terms of photos, if you need to take a photo, I do not advise!!!

Yesterday I came 5 minutes before closing time and did what I and another client needed in 3 minutes, when 20 other photo studios do it and they would say we are already closing. Today we also came to take pictures, not only did we do it quickly and well, but also when there was a queue, he immediately called and calculated, we did not have time to stand for a second. It was the first and last time.
The order was made on March 5 (photo printing in the laboratory). They said it would be ready only on March 9th. I agreed. I made the order in the evening, there was a long queue. Defended it. The female employee was kind.
On March 9, at 19:05, I came to pick up the order and there was a big queue again. I told the girl (there was another girl) that I just needed to pick up the photos, which were just lying on her desk in an envelope, to which I heard a rude: "we'll have to wait." In my opinion, it is logical to let the client go and give me the photo in between, but she was not going to do this until a woman from the queue (a very kind woman), whose turn had already come, said: "give the guy the photo." I thought it would take 15 seconds to transfer the photo, but it turned out to be 2 times less. Neither "please" nor "come to us again" was said.
It is clear that during peak hours (perhaps not only) one girl is not enough for this stream, but this does not justify a rude attitude.
