A magic shop, there's everything, it's a Klondike! I've never seen so much skin. I came from far away for the first time in person, usually I buy on the Internet, spent the whole day and probably would have spent the second day, but the store leaves for the New Year holidays. The choice of skin is huge! There are about 100 types of belt blanks, Carl! I packed up thoroughly and they gave me a wholesale discount and counted everything at prices below retail. There will be more left for the New Year 's table !! Thank you very much to the whole team! I don't know who writes bad things about the staff, but I can't say a bad word: people understand their business 100% on the Internet and with a personal order they will always help and prompt and the skin is always sent the highest grade! A paradise for tanners in the center of Belarus. The widest range of leather (rastishka, yuft, cheprak, crazy), tools, chemicals, belt blanks. Sending to us in Russia via Sdek costs pennies. I always come when I am in Minsk on business trips, but more often I order online.

Everything was once fine, but working on weekdays from 11 to 18 is very inconvenient. It is impossible to break up a day to go to the store. At least with 10. And another remark, I needed a small piece of skin, but they refused to cut it off. And why do I need a huge piece. Do not work for the client.Shooting stars.You're losing customers.
Incorrect comparison of the seller to my review. And, by the way, on Saturday, November 11, 2023, they do not work. And in the answer they wrote to me that they work on weekends. But here's the big problem in communicating with customers (I mean online, in VK). A person who leads clients online has absolutely no concept of proper and business-like communication with clients. Rudeness, familiarity, a completely repulsive tone, a desire to seek advice again. A small misunderstanding in the order and payment led to me being added to the emergency and completely depriving me of all information online. In general, it's a shame. 2 stars is just a good choice of leather, chemicals and accessories. Most of the content, after all, depends on the staff.

On February 24, a person orders blanks. They pick them up for him, he asks them to postpone "until tomorrow", they tell him that the store does not do this and he can pay for them and come for them whenever he wants, the paid goods will be postponed. In response, he sends a completed form from Internet banking with an "alleged payment" for the product. He was confirmed that everything was fine, and the goods were postponed. But neither the money was received, neither tomorrow nor the day after tomorrow the "buyer" did not come for them.
On January 28, 4 days later, the buyer was reminded of his request to postpone the goods and was told that the money had not been received. When he replied that the plans had changed, he was thanked for the work done in vain and the goods withdrawn from sale as a result of his "actions", which other buyers could buy, but we did not sell it, relying on the decency of Dans Dex and his promises. After that, he was blacklisted by the community as a buyer who would not be able to buy something online in this store. And he can leave at least a million negative reviews in all places, although on the side of the store, anyone can get acquainted with the correspondence and draw conclusions about this user
