The service is on the level, everything is clean, cleaned regularly)
There is a dining room, the food is spicy! Everything!
And so it is in all of Dubai! There is no place to eat
Nice hotel, helpful staff. We took breakfast and dinner , everything is delicious, I recommend it .Umbrella beach is 10 minutes away, very clean sea , clear water, turtles swim...take masks, dive and see everything...
An ordinary old hotel, everything is staggering, hanging out, for 5 days of stay, the masters and staff were called twice, the safe was repaired once, the second time I got tired of living without toilet paper for a day, they asked me to bring it. The food is a monotonous buffet, you will not die of hunger. The beach nearby is wild, dirty, construction and garbage mixed with the beach. But there is a plus you are alone on the beach and in the sea. On the 19th floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sun beds and you are alone again. Within walking distance of the clothing and food market, very close to 2 supermarkets
The hotel is located by the road. There is no private beach. I'm already tired myself. It is very difficult to cross the road, especially with children. I won't go anymore
I was a week ago After the Dubai 4 * this is certainly not the case. The hotel is shabby, and the first thing I wanted to change it, but such cordiality, comfort and food, as well as 6 minutes to the beach, everything was leveled, even when checking out at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, they kindly allowed until 19 o'clock - the time of departure from the hotel to use the room for free.
Near shops, laundry, hairdresser, restaurants generally Recommend!!!
Solid four ! Super Hotel, super rooms, but take the middle floor, as there are bars at the bottom and at the top. AND DEFINITELY with a sea view . Otherwise, everything is fire.
Cottages were being built right in front of the hotel, but it is not convenient to walk to the beach. The road is only to run across the tc to the traffic light is far away. Drivers do not let pedestrians pass. The water is warm. Many plastic bottles often arrived at the shore.
March 2020 , Hotel V
it is recommended , there were breakfasts , you will not be hungry , 4 minutes walk to the beach , the staff is responsive , friendly , respond quickly to requests . We walked a lot in the evenings , reached the Sheikh Zayed Mosque , walked around the mosque , it 's very beautiful , they won 't let us inside , it 's operational . There are a lot of construction sites , but it 's everywhere in the Emirates .
Beautiful modern hotel, large rooms: ironing board and iron, kettle and tea-cream-sugar for the experience. Refrigerator, plasma, excellent Wi-Fi in the room and restaurant. I really liked the food (both breakfasts and dinners). The first line, 5-7 minutes to the beach, but you need to cross a busy road.
Of the minuses: constant construction right in front of the windows, incessant even at night.
Night club on the 19th floor... We lived on the 17th, the audibility is very good.
It was in May 2019. Och DIDN'T like the hotel. The worst for a trip to the UAE. DISGUSTING in everything: especially the staff - rating 1-. Not only that, the attitude, and professionalism does not smell.
I was there for 7 days: in Abu Dhabi, in Sharjah, and in Fujairah. The first two Emirates have excellent hotels. And in this hotel they were just waiting to leave faster. I advise everyone to abandon this hotel. I never could have thought that there could be such hotels in the UAE.!!!
There is a construction site opposite the hotel. There is no way to get to the beach. A lot of workers. Cross the road too. In general, 3.5. The hotel itself is normal.
The hotel is a kilometer from umbrella beach, if you consider that there is only one 5* hotel nearby, and the rest are closer to the desert, then the location is normal. Now they are making another beach, opposite the hotel. In terms of food, it is modest, mainly Indian cuisine. The rooms are clean, the room stock needs updating. Problems with the issue of towels.
Everything is brand new and of acceptable quality. Cleaning is not regular and construction is outside the window. I talked with the owner's son and with other Arabs - cool interesting people.
We had a rest in March 2019.We lived in room 709.The room is nice, everything is new, but without a balcony, like all the rooms in this hotel. The cleaning of the room was excellent.Comments on towels, there are few of them and they lack whiteness. The food in this hotel is very weak.Very small selection and not always edible. In the middle of the rest, butter and sour cream ran out, and did not appear. The restaurant administrator said it was over...Baking, too...who had time, he ate!Oh, so the staff is all responsive and polite. All requests were fulfilled immediately, including replacement of the battery on the floor scales. The hotel is conveniently close to the ocean.I rate the hotel itself at 5, meals at 3.
What should I say, very polite, responsive staff, that at the reception, that the staff of the housekeeping service. The standard room has a mini-bar, telephone (calls are paid), TV, kettle, hairdryer. Every day they take out the garbage, put clean towels and soap accessories. Breakfast at the hotel is varied and delicious. Not to say that there are many, but there are Russian-speaking staff, and also everyone speaks English. The first coastline (the beach opposite). Free use of the fitness room, indoor pool and sauna. Minus-the pool, sauna, night club are on the same floor, which does not allow you to relax in the pool, since such a hike is of a recreational nature with a hint of gathering a kind of contingent.
The hotel is budget. It's worth the money. The most important plus is a big wild, clean beach 3 min. across the road. The beach and the sea are clean! Near 10 min. fish market. Tip do not eat in cafes and restaurants. At the market, they will cook for you what you buy, pack it and it will be a fresh dish. And it will be cheaper than in catering.
Once there was a cool hotel. The management is trying to keep the hotel in proper shape. The problem with the elevators. Especially in the evening - probably because of the nightclubs and massage parlors. We walked from the eighth floor on foot.
We liked it, but!!!! Why there is no entertainment for the Russian people and Ukrainians in hotels. Is there for Filipinos, Indians, and Russia has no place even to dance elementary?
In general, not a bad hotel, but the staff sometimes amazes with its stupidity. They can call and interrupt the rest with information that is not essential, and can wait.
