I arrived 10 minutes before closing time, they didn't let me in, silently showed me the cross through the door, and turned away, very upset, as I broke out ahead of time from the educational institution specifically to pick up the order.

This is the only pick-up point I've been to where there's a very long queue. I will no longer specify it when ordering.
