If they left, we started to assemble it, and the frame was aluminum metal and it began to bend completely, we did not want it to break down and did not continue to assemble it, only the lower frame was assembled into a circle and it turned into an eight, the legs were initially curved, defective, metal was not of high quality at all! It does not match what we saw in the advertisement and will lift another 120 kg!
We got through to the call center and were told to write to the bot, write to the seller, write to the operator. We've done everything, but no one is responding at all. I called the call center many times and each time I need to explain the situation anew what happened and they say the same thing every time, everything needs to be written to the bot, you need to write to the seller if they do not answer, then you need to call again but after they call, they need to explain the story again and they again ask the bot, the seller to write, at that time, I already had a nervous exacerbation. And on the 4th or 5th day, the girl herself calls me from the call center, listens to me and says that I can bring the office to the nearest one and leave it there, they will see if everything is really as I indicated, then they will refund the money for delivery too.
I went to their office in Samarkand in Bustonsaroy 32 Uzum market, they looked at the number and said that they could not accept it because no one had indicated to them there were no instructions for them to bring this product and he says that I should call the call center to clarify - I was so exhausted on nerves I had to explain the whole situation to them, they said not what they don't know is that they will call themselves, wait, half an hour has passed, an hour has passed, I called several times, explained the same thing every time and no one can help with anything, no actions! As I understand it, they can withdraw money for the goods, but no one will be responsible, they advertise as a good tavar, but they send garbage and no one will be responsible for the tavar! I had nerves, I left this tavar even though they didn't hide it, I left it for them so that the owner of Uzum market could jump on this trampoline himself

I recently ordered the product, but the delivery day the employee did not check the delivery and said that the delivery is taking a long time. Come tomorrow. Then I called the call center, after that another employee checked the warehouse and found my product.

I think like all other branches, this one is no worse. It seems to me that the service is excellent everywhere, it all depends on the mood. Both the recipients of orders and those who issue these orders. If there are queues, it is only during rush hour, namely at the time of arrival of delivery. For us it is 12:00-14:00 and 18:00-20:00.
Why does only 1 person work after 18 hours when there are a lot of people? Dear uzum, if it saves, then please do not save by sacrificing your customers' time!
The service is slow in this pvz. Others have 2-3 managers. Here, one helps with orders, the other manager just walks around. I've never seen him help. Please note the slow service here
