Not polite, not friendly staff. They ask a hundred times, then the name, then the code, then show a message from Uzum. They receive a message on Alixpress that orders are at the pick-up point, and they are ready for delivery, but they are notified by message after 3-4 days. We go out to the pick-up point at 3 or 4 o'clock in the evening, and on the doors there is a handwritten inscription left for lunch! Okay, lunch is fine, but no. They have lunch for more than an hour. Neither Fat nor hello! It's like we're coming to their house. They are greedy for a package, we order a lot of things, how can we bring it home without a package?!
