I came twice for a "burning" order, which was given 5 days. For the first time, the pick-up point was closed during business hours and people were waiting. He left without waiting. The next day it is closed again during business hours. There is no answer on the phone at the door; in the telegram, via the bot, the refusal of the order is accepted without reaction - it just hangs in the application. As a result, I received my order only on the third day. And the second order was canceled without notice. In general, it seems that no one wants to work at the pick-up point, in the telegram, or in the application.

The guys are very nice, polite. The atmosphere inside is super-and a stand for checking goods, and two comfortable fitting rooms, an ottoman to sit while you wait, and most importantly, a very convenient location (I live on the second floor of the house where the PVZ is located)
