Uzb: A good delivery point, but there are some problems, especially employees. First, often only one person works. Secondly, it is difficult for Russian-speaking employees to communicate with Uzbek speakers: employees seem to know the Uzbek language, understand and can speak, but due to principles or personal reluctance and uncertainty, they do not want to communicate in Uzbek with those who do not speak Russian.
