I am very disappointed with the work of the Uzum pick-up point. The service is just terrible! Employees behave rudely and disrespectfully, they are absolutely not interested in solving customer issues. This attitude leaves an unpleasant aftertaste, and I no longer plan to use their services. I recommend avoiding this point if you want to save your nerves.
