The staff is constantly sitting without uniforms and absent-minded. I've written to support about this more than once, and the management doesn't give a damn about such lawlessness either. Once I came to collect money for the return of an item that had been on diagnostics for 3 months. I told the PVZ employee about this at the beginning, and in response, she asks me again, "and why did you come just now?". VTF? I had previously shown him a message that I had received the day before from support that I could collect the money for the return of the product. I have no more words, thank you.

in general, a good PVZ, although when I paid in cash with a large bill, I also asked to give out the change in large ones, but they said that there were no large ones, although they recalculated it with me, it was once, but it was still not pleasant, however, everything is fine, there are no problems with the issue
