For some reason, my orders from Aliexpress were sent to Uzum and to this point. It is written on the website and in the application that they work without interruption from 10.00 to 20.00. Why did I not understand this point, since this point is not convenient for me at all and is not close to me. I found the time and quickly wanted to go get the package. I came around 13.40 and it was closed there. When asked why it was closed, the employee inside said that he was busy with something and would open in 10 minutes. He did not pay attention to my words that I was in a hurry and did not have time and continued to do his own business. I called the call center and was told that it couldn't be like this since they work without interruption. After more than 10 minutes of waiting, it was finally opened and I received my parcel from Alik. In order not to go twice, I ordered goods from the Uzum market itself. But due to the fact that I was in a hurry, I refused this order and did not receive them. I think before he grabs orders from Alik, it would be better to open a lot of pick-up points in all arrays. Since my orders have always been sent to my email address, which is not far from home. And now it is not convenient for me to go in another direction so that they will be received at the Uzum pick-up point.
