They have "0" politeness We called with a fee, why are we not picking up the parcel from Aliexpress, although we did not receive an SMS notification of receipt. They were barely persuaded to leave it until the evening, so that they would not be sent back. In the evening, when they arrived at their office, they did not find what kind of package. then after 15 minutes they call back and apologetically ask you to come and pick up the parcel again. We are very unhappy with the service.
