The day after the purchase, I started using the kettle and boiled the water a couple of times. The kettle started to rust (I attached a photo to the review). Drinking water with rust is dangerous for your health, and if the rust grows over time and corrodes the housing, then maybe this can lead to a fire and the apartment will burn down.
As soon as I noticed the rust, I asked for a refund for the product on the same day. I was told that diagnostics is required for about 20 days, because the product is technically complex. I showed the product with rust and said that there is rust and there is nothing to diagnose. They said that they would not be able to return the money without a diagnosis.
I don't have time to walk around and do diagnostics when a defect is visually visible.
I tried to post a review on Uzum, but it was written there that the review may not be published if it concerns the work of Uzum. That's why I'm writing here

There are no complaints about the staff. BUT there are NEVER packages at this pick-up point, you have to carry purchases in your hands, it is very inconvenient. I contacted the support service in this regard - there is zero reaction.
