The atmosphere is peculiar, it really feels like you are not in the city of Ekibastuz when you walk there It didn't just seem that way to me, but to many locals as well.

Acceptable prices, but the hall and everything else are in a battered condition, dark, uncomfortable, old furniture, drastic changes are required, repairs, in general, investments
