The gym also has a corner with exercise equipment for additional physical training, which is very convenient. Conveniences: The club is fully equipped for the comfort of visitors: a reception desk where you can always get help or advice, comfortable showers and toilets. It's all clear. Workout: After a long break, the first training session turned out to be really intense. The coach approached the process with exactingness, but at the same time maintained a respectful attitude towards each participant. At the end, it was possible to work out in the gym, which pleasantly diversified the workout. Group: This is a separate advantage of the club. The atmosphere of friendliness and respect is felt immediately. Regardless of age, status, or level of training, everyone here supports each other. This approach is inspiring! A special impression: I was especially pleased with the attention to the team from the coach and his assistant. They not only teach, but also actively support in training. It motivates you to work even harder, knowing that your efforts are noticed and appreciated. The club creates ideal conditions for development both physically and mentally. A professional approach, a strong team and a great atmosphere make the training sessions here special. I will definitely continue to practice and recommend this club to anyone who wants to try themselves or continue practicing jiu-jitsu and grappling!
