3 only because the building is 60 years old, there is no money for major repairs, and therefore everything has been preserved since those times and looks beautiful in its own way) Otherwise, I don't want to come here anymore: it's too crowded, there's confusion in the queues. And there is no need to go here except to get certificates from a narcologist and a psychiatrist
