I don't understand why people with acute pain not only need to sit in a general queue, but also on an additional ticket. That is, there are, say, 15 people in the queue by appointment, whom you should skip, and it doesn't matter at all that when you came there were 5 people in front of you, and the rest came a little later at their own time, and you have to skip them with wild pain, and behind you there are 10 more of the same poor fellows who may not have an additional coupon means to remove a tooth on a paid basis at another clinic.Why is it impossible to make a separate office for such patients, so that they do not sit there with wild pain for half a day.

I took a free coupon and was sent for a picture for the first time, as they could not determine which tooth was hurting. I didn't have time after the picture, because I was taking the picture on the other side of the city. The next time I had to take another ticket and again I didn't get anything treated. Answer: this is not treated for free. Question. Why then give free coupons if teeth are not treated according to them.
