Unfortunately, it so happened that we got to the hospital with our daughter! My husband was lying down right away, then me. But fortunately they fell into the hands of Maria Igorevna! This is a doctor with a capital letter! She is very attentive, very responsive, despite her age, experienced and competent! The medical staff is also at a high level. Nowadays it is difficult to meet humanity, but it was at the children's hospital that they treated us very tenderly, with love and attention.
And I can't help but mention the nutrition! That my husband came in a "plus", that I!
Despite all the fear and worries for his child, trusting the specialists, the treatment took place in a comfortable environment.
I called an ambulance for a temperature of 40.1 in a 10-month-old child. They brought me to the emergency room (it was night), not only was the doctor (unfortunately I don't remember the last name) very unhappy, apparently because she was woken up, she talked rudely. I understand everything, no one wants to work at night, I'm a nurse myself, but they didn't bring an alcoholic to you, but a small child. The pediatrician came, examined (at that time the temperature was brought down to 38.5), wrote a certificate and sent it home, saying that "your teeth are coming out." As a result of all this, it turned out that the child had a childhood infection-exanthema. And the teeth supposed by the doctor, a month later, did not come out. The nurse in the emergency room was the kindest and helped me a lot with the children.
Here's where to start it. A 4.5-year-old child got sick, an incomprehensible rash appeared On the first day of the throat, tongue, the second day already and lips, cheeks, legs and hands The temperature was high , the time was already closer to 6 p.m. I did not want to call an ambulance, since I decided to drive my car to the emergency room, where we were greeted not so unfriendly, but I would say even a boorish Child is terribly afraid of injections, so she asked the nurse if she would give her a shot, To which the nurse's answer did not take long: She said that since her mother did not bring her to the clinic, but to the hospital, it means she will be given an injection Even when the child cries, she continued I naturally stopped it Later the doctor came down, Of course it may not be relevant to the point, but the doctor looked like he was woken up (Maybe he was just tortured) The guy was interested in what happened and that was it. He did not even look at the child Clearly and clearly let me know that we have a polyclinic working until eight, the child had a fever, was sick, he was all sprinkled On which I once again heard that the polyclinic was working until 8 pm, I started telling him that I do not know what kind of diseases we have, maybe we can infect other children , so in general, I came to the emergency room and then we already arrived , he had already gone down , You can also examine the child for a couple of minutes, To which there was a clear concrete answer the polyclinic works until eight, the doctor turned around and left That's how they helped us in the emergency room , I understand if it was an adult I asked the man the name of the doctor, but I'm not quite sure that I heard correctly on emotions, I'm not going to leave this situation Just like that, He could just examine the child seeing what condition he is in, and just tell me that the next time we go to the clinic. We applied ; Friday after 5 p.m. on July 19, 2024. I think if they look at the reviews on this site, they will immediately guess who worked this shift. I do not want to let all the staff and the entire hospital go under one comb, But unfortunately in such situations the brain turns off. These are doctors! the people we need help with, I did not come to his house and began to ask for help. I came to Medical institutions.
The park with gazebos at the hospital left a good impression, everything is clean and tidy, it is clear that the staff maintains a good condition of the institution.
Unfortunately, we were taken with the baby to the infectious diseases department of newborns. The diagnosis was made incorrectly, the child was stuffed with an antibiotic that was not needed. The head of the department, Maria Igorevna, is clearly out of place, she simply cannot explain the tests, not to mention the treatment tactics. It's terrible to treat patients, she won't be able to ask anything, as she will be busy talking to nurses and playing games on the phone. Thank God they transferred to "mother and child" and everything ended well.
Thank you very much to the operating sanetarka Demoshkuvich Veronika Petrovna for her good attitude to patients for her responsiveness and understanding
It's a pity that there are not such good medical staff everywhere, thank you Veronika Petrovna
A good hospital treats perfectly well, but the doctors are evil, the beds are hard.A nice playroom for children was lying there, it was cool and I wanted to go home.Don't get sick.
They were in the hospital for two weeks. I have only a good impression. The staff and staff are very good, responsive, and have a personal approach to each child and mother. The specialists are very competent, they know their job and try to distract the child as much as possible, to find the right words in a difficult moment. Cleanliness, order, excellent chefs! Special thanks to the Department of Pediatrics for up to a year. Doctors, nurses, cleaners, cooks, I bow to you very much. Thank you for your support, understanding, professionalism, and patience. Of course, how many people have so many opinions. But I have one piece of advice for patients. Never argue with doctors, and do what they say. Walk less in the corridors and in the hospital. Of course, children get tired, but be patient. And the discharge will be faster. I wish everyone not to get sick and only be healthy!

Listen, after my son lay down in this institution, I was just shocked!!! I don't know if such an outrage is happening in all departments, but:
-first of all, the nurses there are in charge of all of them, then I sat down wrong, then don't crumble, what are you hanging around here;
- secondly, the nurses are on their own mind, of course, there are conscientious ones, but mostly ..... the child was taken away to put a catheter and let go, I keep thinking where did he go, did they put a catheter for half an hour, but it turns out they put an IV drip on him, I go to the post asking where the child is, they are silent, I say an IV drip They probably did, and I get a response, well, yes. This is just a small, but an example;
At the reception in the emergency department, there is a nurse who only knows how to be rude to parents (provokes), instead of just keeping silent.
She was in pediatrics. The nurses at the hospital are wonderful, especially Trot (I don't remember the name and patronymic) and Ekaterina (she put the catheter on me as carefully as possible and it didn't hurt). The doctor who watched me was I.A. Kislitskaya. the best just!! I also want to say thank you to the nurse Irina Ivanovna, a wonderful woman, very sweet and cheerful. Of the minuses that I came with one, I eventually caught a fever there, the allergy came out for the first time in my life and when I already arrived home I was vomiting. And so it is the staff that is wonderful!! Very funny and lovely people!
I've been wanting to write a review for a long time, unfortunately I had to go to the hospital more than once... There are no questions in the hospital itself, there are minor nuances, but in principle, doctors do their job with dignity
I wanted to write specifically about the 7th office, the emergency room, I really don't like the rude treatment of the staff, we are all people and if the students don't know something, you can somehow explain and tell them what to do, and not bulge your eyes, sorry, and speak in such a way that you just feel awkward.
The day before they came with a problem, they answered me in a rude form and told me that this issue was not solved through the emergency room, but through the polyclinic, here the children are dealing with difficult situations, and you did not come here urgently (there was no one in the queue), OK, I asked to listen to the child, they also hinted to me that I should wait I'll have to spend an hour, OK, no questions, I'm not coming here, so you can say it normally, explain it humanely without any condemnation, a person can't know everything
I want to describe the situation a little bit, today 02.06 we came to the hospital in the direction, waited for 40 minutes for the surgeon, waited, we had a question to do surgery or not, I ask the surgeon questions, and he tells me, :What are you asking and asking questions? You were in polyclinic, you had to ask everything
Why can't I ask questions, is it forbidden, is it about my child's health
I would like the staff to be more humane, we all go to work and get tired and everyone has their own life situations, you have such a job, treat it humanely, because it's not physically difficult to tell and explain
Very good medical staff, we lay with the children in the pediatric pediatrics for up to a year, the nurse came to the ward with a smile and a very good mood, the children made contact.
They accept even from the surrounding villages, it is quite possible to get to a narrow specialist. The doctors are good. The queues are long, but the reception is on time, so it's normal
I would like to express my gratitude to the surgeon who operated on my child on 01.01.22 closer to night.Thank you very much for doing your job professionally and my child is on the mend.As well as special thanks to the intensive care workers who took care of the child after the operation. I wish there were more such specialists in their field.Good health to you.
Many thanks to the staff of intensive care and surgery. And to all those who at this time continue to work conscientiously and not only treat, but also save people.
Today, on 06/19/2022, at around 12 o'clock, I arrived with my daughter for an appointment with a Surgeon. A young guy took us. I don't know the name, but the Surgeon.
He sent us for an X-ray after he came, looked at it himself and said that everything was fine.
I would like to express my great GRATITUDE to him! THANK HIM VERY MUCH. For accepting us, he sent us, looked at us and said what and how.
I really wish there were more such specialists in the work of hospitals. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻
3.08.22. The child was taken to the pediatric department. Excellent staff, working in this department. Starting from the nurses, ending with the head of this department. Konchakova O. L. who treated us. Thank you very much for the good attitude towards children and parents.
I would like to express my gratitude to the infectious diseases department for newborns. Thank you, dear girls, for your professionalism, sensitivity, kindness and responsiveness. I have never met a more reverent attitude among the medical staff. I bow low to you! Take care of yourself and your families! Thank you!
I liked it. However, we were there 2 times, we came to the emergency room. But, medical help was provided to us, regardless of the fact that we are Minsk residents. And I would say that it is no worse than in Minsk. Special thanks to the male pediatrician on duty (short, and in interesting pants))))
Everything is on the level. It's just not clear why the ENT office is located on the second floor and even in the surgical department - it's somehow inconvenient and not right.
