Many thanks to doctors Mikhail Abramovich and Konstantin Mikhailovich Samarin, these are real professionals in their field. I can not turn my tongue to say that the hospital is a sanatorium at the European level from which I did not want to leave. And I also thank all the medical staff. Great massage, food like at home, gorgeous nature and clean air around, in general, everything is at the highest level.

Well, since you're asking, I'll tell you about the treatment and the consequences. Spoiler alert: it didn't help, and my back was aching in the lower back, and it still hurts, and even worse.
The treatment lasts 5 days, with 15 injections to the left of the problematic meta and the same amount to the right. The doctor did not say which drug was injected, except: "this is a secret formula, we selected the ingredients and quantity ourselves."
From gaba and omeprazole tablets.
Mandatory walks every day are at least 6km, and 10km is recommended. Every day is 10km.
After 5 days in the hospital, I went home to my village, where I followed all the instructions: walking (fortunately, there is a dog with whom it is not boring to walk 10 km through forests and paths), drank a course of gaba, I do not lift weights and do not bend over. There is no effect, my back hurts, and the treatment turned out to be a placebo.
To whom it helped, my sincere congratulations, and to whom it did not help, well, this is the essence of the "treatment" of an unconventional approach to intervertebral diseases.
I'll complete it in a year with a fresh MRI scan. All the best.

An ordinary rural hospital. But this is only at first glance. I recently underwent treatment at this hospital. I have never seen such a kind and caring attitude towards my patients. She was treated here in the winter of 2019. The attending physician is Konstantin Mikhailovich Samarin.
She suffered from chronic back pain for many years. I was at appointments with different doctors and everyone said that I was healthy with them. Acupuncture and blockade give a temporary effect and do not cure.
She arrived at the Holomer hospital with acute pain in her neck and lower back, could not sleep day or night, could not turn her head. Against the background of all the pain and fear for life, panic attacks were added with the ensuing consequences in the legs. I did not think that professional specialists of such a high level work in a rural district hospital. Based on the results of MRI and symptoms, an effective treatment regimen was prescribed. Konstantin Mikhailovich quickly and with honed skill performed injections at the right points in the back, neck and lower back. By 3 a.m., I was sleeping like a groundhog without waking up. And things got better.
I would like to note that the nurse who gives massages in the morning is a great smart girl. A very attentive, intelligent, kind and positive-minded beautiful woman. Her hands gently scan the muscles and expertly identify blocks and clamps. I follow her recommendations on how to sleep properly and in what positions to this day. Upon arrival home, I followed the lady's regimen prescribed by the attending physician and clearly followed the treatment regimen. Every day the pain subsided and I slept peacefully at night. After one course of treatment, the pain completely disappeared after 1.5 years. It has now been 4-5 years since the treatment. I feel quite healthy and without back restrictions. I thank God for the opportunity to be treated in this hospital and kiss Konstantin Mikhailovich's hands.
The hospital is located in a stunningly beautiful and well-maintained place. All the staff, the locals and the accounting department create an atmosphere of friendliness and support. The food is delicious, homemade. I had a neat and beautiful room with a sooo comfortable and large pillow and a comfortable bed, next to the shower. If you eat the day before on Sunday, then take something to eat with you. There is a refrigerator in the room. They have been feeding since Monday. There is an icon in the hall (bring candles with you).

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Mikhail Abramovich for the medical assistance provided. MRI conclusion: osteochondrosis, spondyloarthrosis of the lumbar spine with stenosis of the lateral root canals at the L3-L5 level on the right, torsion of the vertebral bodies. Intervertebral disc protrusion L3-L4 and much more. I could hardly walk.
An operation was scheduled for January 10, 2024… But after visiting this wonderful man with "golden hands", we managed to avoid surgery. The pain is gone, I can walk. Thank you very much!!! Well-being to you and your business!!!

Of course, I have now changed my lifestyle somewhat and in case of any distant signs that may lead to pain, I turn to local massage therapists and in 2-3 sessions everything comes back to normal.
I try to remember his advice all the time: to sit as little as possible. Walk or lie down.
