In general, the clinic is not bad, the only thing that bothers me is that it was divided into 2 parts, if I can safely get to the main building with a wheelchair, then it's inconvenient to get to the second building with transfers. The organization of visits to specialists of a narrow profile is also confusing: the child is one year old, had a high fever, the pediatrician recommended to see an ENT to exclude/confirm otitis media, dragging the child to the polyclinic in vain is blasphemy! She called to see if she could examine the ENT without a ticket, and received a very rude response: " Maybe yes, maybe not, come, and then we'll see..." Seriously??? The child is one year old!! The snot is like a stream, the temperature is 38.5, and to say that? Let's go, thanks a lot to the doctor, I accepted, we didn't even argue that there was no ticket, etc., but then I want to talk to the lady on the other end of the phone!
