On Friday, October 25, my baby and I (1 year and 1 month old) were taken by ambulance to the emergency department with a nose contusion. We waited in line for an hour, although there was 1 person in front of us. A pediatrician, unfortunately I do not remember the last name, I just listened and looked at the THROAT, not the nose (no one looked at the child breathing through his nose or not, how he feels, they did not ask if the child was bleeding) and immediately offered hospitalization, to my question "why?" the answer was "I just suggest" … I wrote a refusal to be hospitalized. Next, the doctor says, "well, I don't see anything like that here... in conclusion, I write that the nose is broken. On MONDAY, go to Lore with this paper, let them look at it there."
That is, we did not receive any proper examination /help, just go home and wait for Monday. When I asked why only on Monday, the doctor replied that the swelling would go down by Monday.. In my opinion, this is a terrible and negligent attitude to the child's health. Accordingly, I can conclude that if a child urgently needs a sensible examination and help, then it will not be provided there, the doctor has no interest in this.
By the way, on Saturday morning we went to see Laura at Lazarus, where the child was taken, examined, they asked me how the child behaved, whether there was bleeding, etc., they said that such a baby could not have a fracture and prescribed treatment.
Thanks to the staff of the reception department for simply "getting rid" of the child and sending him somewhere to someone on Monday…
good time. The Children 's Hospital accepts all children who are admitted all 24 hours a day . The staff is kind, responsive , pleasant and most importantly very neat .The room and the staircase and the reception room are clean, 100% washing. In such weather as slush, I didn't see dirt anywhere. Very good and qualified specialists work in a children's hospital, the treatment is selected so correctly that in a matter of days the child recovers, and the necessary procedures are done in the morning, afternoon and evening. They also watch children at night .Thanks to all the staff who work at the children 's hospital .
I edited my review!!!I got here again!!You know, the 1st division is above all praise!!!The nurses are great, they will always come to the rescue day and night!!!The doctors of the department know their job!Unfortunately, I can't say that about the doctors on duty!!We got here just for the weekend, I was waiting for my doctor like a god!!!!Thanks to all the staff of the 1st department!Everything is learned in comparison!!!
I want to express my opinion about this hospital, the doctors are good and most importantly qualified, of course there are no conditions in some departments for staying with children together, but in general it's not bad, there is one thing-this is the attitude of the nurses to cleaning (not every one of them does it efficiently) and the attitude towards patients, they are always not happy with everything and they treat their duties loyally.
Diarrhea and runny nose can definitely be cured here. But don't count on more. There are no competent specialists here to treat children. So do not delay the treatment of the child.
Everything is so old, not cozy. Everything is dull in the wards . There is a hospital smell. God forbid a child to get into such an institution. I hope there will be repairs soon.
Excellent staff, all responsive, understanding. I was there with an infant in the neonatal unit. It's warm, clean, and there's always everything for kids
I was in this hospital twice in the 1st department. The attitude of the staff is disgusting, doctors come for lunch on rounds, they can't talk normally, in particular Dr. Smal and the head of the department. The nurse did not want to put a drip on the child at admission, although the doctor in the waiting room said that it was necessary to drip. And they put us in another hospital because we turn one tomorrow, they just put us in front of the fact. In the discharge they wrote a bunch of non-existent diagnoses, maybe something will be suitable for an infectious diseases hospital.
I was lying in the 3rd department for newborns , there is zero pregnancy, there are no hamsters, there is no treatment as such , the nurses are all kind of angry and dissatisfied with life , the wards if they can be called such ...
There is no room in the ward, maximum for one person .
Beds, or rather couches, on which it is not convenient to sleep, everything goes numb and hurts.
The only thing I put an asterisk for is the food, very tasty and very polite chefs are very lucky to have them in this hospital.
I am very grateful to the ambulance crew. We arrived very quickly. My daughter had an attack with laryngitis for 10 months (this is the first time for us). They looked at it very quickly, injected it and took it to the hospital (we didn't mind, since my daughter's condition was frightening). They took us to the emergency room. On the road, my daughter felt better. First aid did everything apperatively. All the staff was collected, set up to work and help (we were very lucky). Well, there was no resuscitation and we were put in the department for up to a year. The head looked, treatment was prescribed, the next day his correction according to the condition of his daughter is already our doctor. The weekend was ahead, we wanted to go home, but listening to the doctors' recommendations, we stayed and were treated before. On the fifth day we were discharged. I will not talk about any little things that were outraged, I will only say thank you to everyone who was with us these days - from the cleaner to the manager, as well as the doctors on duty. It was difficult for us, a lot of tantrums and tears, but we coped. There are a lot of young nurses and they are also smart. Special thanks for the food for moms. Everything was warm, there was enough of everything, even brought to the ward if the mother was not there or she was busy with the child.
In general, everything is fine. The main thing now is not to get there anymore - in a good sense of the word))))
It's just a horror movie, I'm from another city myself, I thought there would be a much better hospital and better doctors here. But no, now I think the opposite.
In the 2nd ward - it's cold in the wards (a cold is detected), when it rains everything drips from the ceiling, old furniture will hold everything together, I'm afraid the manager in general can raise her voice once again. It is unrealistic to sleep, it is impossible because we patients have to adjust to the doctor's time and obey the daily routine, although I know that the patient should lie down and only rest. Bath by time... Good thing it's not a toilet 😅
There are just no words, only thoughts..
We have repeatedly asked for medical help. There are no questions about maintenance, treatment. The attitude is very attentive, professional. Thank you very much !
I understand that there was covid, etc., etc.
But to take the children and not let the parents feed them or change their clothes!! This is too much... I am describing the events of May 2023.
Children from 3 to 10 years old are very small, defenseless, I do not know what they need and what to do ...
Our child, for example, does not eat food that he is not used to. And we were not allowed to feed him in the department, at least once a day.
Yes, thanks to the medical staff and doctors, we coped with the disease together.
But this isn't an infectious diseases ward, is it?
The only city in Belarus where visits to children in a children's non-infectious diseases hospital are prohibited.
I would like to pay special attention to the 4th department of this hospital. There are no questions for nurses and nurses, they do their job. But the head of the department, this is a separate topic. If the matter does not reach the Ministry of Health, I will tell you the situation later.
The treatment is complete, and doctors are open enough to communicate with the parents of patients. They are friendly and attentive. I am grateful! Repairs are carried out as far as possible. It would not hurt to change the beds. The food is quite good.
Today, 05/18/2023, my child and I arrived for a lung scan. The second shift starts work at 14.15, but the employee came to work only at 14.30, I ask the management to pay attention to this!
We were lying with a child (1 month old son) in this hospital. The most important thing, of course, is the staff and their attitude. I really liked it. I am grateful to the doctors and nurses of the intensive care unit, as well as the medical staff of the department for newborns. They are very attentive and friendly. On a detour, you can always ask a question and get an answer to it.
It's just a pity that the conditions for doctors and patients leave much to be desired.
The hospital needs major repairs.
The neonatal unit has excellent staff under the guidance of Marina Rimovna.Despite the conditions, it feels like people are doing their job taking care of children and even remember everyone by name
They arrived on Friday evening, the doctor on duty took tests, called a neurologist, and he prescribed a CT scan. Over the weekend, there was a doctor only on Saturday morning, he came in and asked how he was feeling. We are now treated for any diseases with smekta, although we only had a reddish throat. There are no appointments, no treatment, repeated tests have not been prescribed. The neurologist came for a follow-up examination on Monday and was sure that we would have a CT scan over the weekend, but no. Absolutely nothing. Disgusting attitude of the staff. It's hot in the wards, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, you can't go out into the corridor (the wildest draft!!!!) I arrived with one problem, but you leave with a bouquet and a receipt! In my memory, only 2 people were discharged normally. They tell everyone that we don't keep you here by force, write a receipt and good bye.
The only adequate doctor in this hospital is a neurologist! I am very grateful to him!
Unfortunately, we come here. A small child.... You understand that. I don't want to say anything bad about the staff.... they are polite, patient (as much as upbringing and pity for small patients allow). But the conditions of stay..... that's another story. This is not a complaint against the hospital, but against the leadership of the city, region, and country.
Unfortunately, the city cannot do without this institution. But God forbid to get there. The conditions are tough - nothing has changed since the Soviet era. For the most part, the staff does not know where and for whom they studied and why they came to work in medicine.
This place can not be called a hospital, the curtains fall down themselves, the sockets are generally a complete bottom, I was lying in 2 departments there is 1 toilet and 1 shower, I was scolded for going to a friend's room okay, well, I consented but when they told me that like lights out at 21 and I was there 22, I said how I arrived so only after 8 days they told me this, they said that the stand weighs there, you can read it, they started saying I was rude to them, they gathered all the staff woke me up and started talking, I talked to 1 doctor, 3 others got in and interfered with the conversation, I tell them everything as it is, they confirm that like they told me everything as soon as I arrived, nothing happened to me they talked and didn't tell other doctors started laughing well, I said like everyone had spoken out and left
The terrible attitude towards patients, the wildest transformation of children into flesh to the point that the son ended up in intensive care in Brest, followed by Minsk! The nurse will come and stand, look and leave, and the child was suffering from wild tummy pains! Many thanks to the surgical team for their understanding and help along the way.
Disgusting conditions! It is painful to look at such conditions of detention for children. A huge number of unnecessary structures are being built, but there is no money for a normal comfortable hospital. And once again, parents pull to the last house, just not to get there.!
One solid minus. The furniture is old and drags from the windows. Repairs are very necessary there and have been for a long time. Beds are one name. There is a plus there and these are doctors. There are tigresses in the waiting room of course
I want to thank the 4th department of the children's hospital for their responsible attitude to their work, responsibilities and even a little more for their humanity! Being in the department number 4 of the children's hospital, I was pleasantly surprised that the attending physician and medical staff not only conducted a routine examination, but even looked in just to ask about the condition of my child, which was extremely surprising to me after reading reviews on the Internet! Low bow to the staff of the children's hospital, especially the staff of the 4th department!
My husband's mail.
Elena.
There are good specialists who do not just treat, but treat with empathy, and there are those who simply do not care how to treat, as long as they treat and it does not matter whether the treatment helps or not
There are grasslands all around. The attitude depends on the shift. During the general cleaning of the toilet, go wherever you want.Which lasts not 10 minutes, but more than 30 minutes. One toilet for 2 posts, which is for boys and for girls.
The exterior and interior of the hospital are from the post-war era. Complete horror. But there is a neurologist in this hospital, Budko. This is the only and adequate doctor in our city. I am sure that he will also become the head physician of the children's hospital, and will put it in order! A man who loves his job! And little patients love their doctor ❤
It's a terrible place. It feels like time stopped there in the 80s. This applies to both the environment and the staff. Disrespect for patients is their credo (
There is no repair , there is no normal attitude towards patients .The chambers are gloomy .It feels like you 're in a basement.I would like to change everything .
We express our gratitude to the medical staff of the children's infectious diseases department from 4 servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
We wish you and your loved ones happiness and health!
Your lads : S ; A ; K ; H .
I would like to say thank you to the nurses and the head of the department of pulmonology. The child was lying with pneumonia, a good approach, competent treatment and responsiveness. The same cannot be said about the proud women and nurses. These are still those bosses!!! I also want to pay attention to the condition of the wards and corridors!!! That's horrible... A new hospital for children is needed in Baranovichi!!!
The medical staff of the 3rd department is rude, and they do not perform their duties, they mock the firstborn! The head of the department is generally a witch and terrible, it is necessary to drive such people from their posts!!!
I have always faced care and understanding. If you have doubts and concern for the child's health, there is no need to call an ambulance, and the clinic does not work, just come with the child and the examination with professional advice will be with care and at the highest level.
We were in the 2nd ward. There's only one shower. The toilet is also 1. But I counted more than 20 moms. The conditions are terrible. In the 21st century, and conditions since the Soviet era. Doctors and medical staff, a separate topic. It's better not to go there. We arrived with one, and left with rotovirus.
