I called the registry office, they sent me to the pre-medical office, since it was already 6 p.m. With this, I read reviews about the clinic where there were many negative ones. I moved to this area not so long ago, and therefore I applied to the 39th polyclinic for the first time. I went to the reception with caution. And how I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the doctors, their calmness and care. They examined me carefully, listened to me. They immediately took a blood test and sent it for a picture. All this with warmth and care. I want to express my great gratitude to the doctors: Suboch A.V., Petukhova A.A., Kravchenko E.V. These are wonderful doctors who treated me with warmth and care, for which I bow low to them, and I am very grateful.

Большое спасибо всему персоналу поликлиники за уважительное и внимательное обращение.Иногда и без талона принимают.Понятно,что иногда и в очереди надо постоять,но видно,что стараются всех принять,при этом уделят внимание,при необходимости направят на обследование,звонят на мобильный,когда куда надо явиться.
Пока 39й подиклиники не было,обслуживались в 5й,обратился с болью в пояснице,диагноз написали сразу,без обследования и выписали обезбаливающее.
Боль не проходила,я обратился опять,мне ответили-а что вы хотите,сколько вам лет... ,а лет было 47.
В 39й такого нет,очень хороший персонал.
Впервые был в данной поликлинике( временная) так как нужно было попасть на прием к врачу-терапевту. Врач общей практики Бенько А.В. выслушала внимательно, посмотрела горло, послушала, выписала рекомендации и по моей просьбе отправила наблюдаться по месту жительства в Минскую область. Спасибо большое врачу и помощнику за качественное исполнение своих профессиональных обязанностей.
Современная поликлиника, есть аппараты для маммографии и кольпоскопии. При этом попасть на прием к гинекологу практически невозможно. Проблема обнаружена 1 июня на медосмотре, требуется хирургическое вмешательство. На момент 14 июля ни один гинеколог не уделил внимания, отфутболивали из кабинета в кабинет с интервалом две недели. В итоге- "На кольпоскопию очередь. Делайте платно, у нас отпускная кампания""-вот и весь сказ. Стоило тридцать лет работать и платить налоги, чтобы услышать такой ответ от молоденького врача? Искренне не уважаю и желаю встретить такое же "отзывчивое" отношение.
Типичная ситуация для Беларуси - красивый современный фасад, а внутри.. Не хватает профильных специалистов (кардиолога нет вообще), к терапевту талона не достать, такое впечатление что их система бронирования талона на сайте не работает, ибо талонов никогда к терапевту нет. В справочной отвечают обычно что талонов к терапевту нет уже на 2 недели вперёд, идите по живой очереди к дежурным врачам. Очередь на процедуры (узи, холтер итд) - месяц и больше, проще пойти в частный центр и там сделать в течение недели всё. Советское бесплатное медобслуживание во всей красе..

Прошла 3 врача и потратила 3 часа. Заходишь в кабинете, врач говорит диагноз на что я уточняю как его правильно его понять. Мне отвечают в интернетте посмотрите и вообще потом у вас может быть рак. Запугивают, а на вопросы не отвечают
Как и во всех поликлиниках, очереди большие. Но в целом современная поликлиника, чувствуется нехватка врачей, но не критично.

Уважаемый главврач 39 городской клинической поликлиники, у вас в регистратуре работают очень, очень не вежливые и не тактичные люди. Хамят, дерзко отвечают на поставленный вопрос. Если, что то уточнить, то сразу летит негативный ответ. Отправляют в платные услуги, а там так же отвечают, а потом следом отправляют в справку, но после разговора со справкой второй раз никак не хочется обратно звонить. Справка на то и справка, чтобы уточнить любой интересующий тебя вопрос, а тут чуть ли не готовы отослать далеко и по дальше. Как спросили, так я и ответила. Если не хотите там работать ищите другое место. "Свято место пусто не бывает".

500 раз прихожу с проблемами в пояснице, а у меня воспалительный процесс, выбухание между позвонками и многое другое, а им всёровно таблетки выписали и свободен, ещё чтобы взять талон на приём надо месяц бегать, звонить и т.д. чтобы попасть к врачу, а когда подёшь к врачу а они ничего не знают и не делают, этих шарлатанов выгонять нужно дармоедов и ни кому дела нету до них.
Поликлиника самая ужасная в Московском районе, хоть и почему-то разрекламированная, как самая современная. Врачей нет, электронная очередь нигде ни на одном этаже не работает. В доврачебный кабинет очередь живая из человек 30, кашляющих и чихающих в душном коридоре.
Почему такая ситуация с этой поликлиникой, непонятно. Я вынужденно часто обращаюсь платно в 32 поликлинику, там всегда можно взять талон платно, есть специалисты все и в 25 поликлинике. В 369 нет ни лора, ни офтальмолога, ни невролога. Есть только здание и больше ничего.
