We had a rest from October 4th to October 15th, 2024. I really liked it. We lived in room 4, the room is not large, but very cozy, the room has a shower, sink, toilet. 2 double bed with comfortable mattresses, new bed linen and towels. In the kitchen there are three refrigerators, two stoves, three kettles, several areas for eating, a gazebo, a track and an enclosed room with three tables, no one bothers anyone. We met great neighbors, had a good time in the evenings, it was great! Daily cleaning is provided in the common areas. There is a barbecue area. There is a large parking area for cars under the cameras.We were by car, we traveled a lot around the neighborhood to interesting places. Not far from S.Kyndyg has three more thermal springs. On the territory of the guest house there is a beautiful garden with well-groomed plants, for the first time we saw how a banana tree blooms and small fruits on it, the tree is also on the territory. And of course, the century-old eucalyptus trees are around with an amazing, healthy aroma. The sea is a two-minute walk from the house, we went to watch the sunset every evening, and my husband went for a morning swim before breakfast. Health and prosperity to the owners of the Guest house. This is the place where you want to come back!!!!

We rested with my mother in September-October 2024 at Oksana's Guest House Comfort, 5 days. Room with 2 rooms, mountain view, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is on the ground floor, there is a refrigerator, a pleasant atmosphere and the guests are intelligent, communication was not annoying, and even made friends. The sound of the surf in a storm is heard, we enjoyed the sea, the wild beach is nearby. There is a grocery store and a canteen next door, they cook delicious food. The spring can be reached on foot, 25 min. The rest exceeded expectations, we concentrated on the positive. The price is quite high for our room by local standards, but it was worth it. On the negative side, we need to be prepared for the queue at the border, as well as some features of the local flavor, but on the whole, the authenticity of this place suits us. A fabulous place to relax! Very convenient location near the sea-just 5 minutes on foot and almost a private beach! The guest house itself is very cozy, clean (many thanks to the hostess!), located in a beautiful garden, several gazebos, hammocks for relaxing under the shade of trees.
The rooms are spacious, there is a shared kitchen with everything you need (kettle/refrigerators /washing machine shared), all the guests were comfortably accommodated at breakfast, no one was in line)
There is a small shop and cafe very close by, as well as a larger store a little further away. There are hot springs for lovers within a 30-minute walk).

I had a vacation in July 24 with two children in this wonderful place. It is very cozy, the kitchen and the room have everything you need, two shops nearby, a cafe, the sea is 2 minutes away, and eucalyptus trees!!! A lot, amazing. Wi-Fi catches well in the room and on the premises!
There are 3 bicycles. For free, we went with the children to the spring , to the fortress and just rode ! thank you very much!! We will definitely come back!

It's a great place! Clean, beautiful, rooms with amenities, linen and towels are new, high quality.
The location is very convenient, 3 minutes on foot and you are at the sea. The territory of the house itself is well-groomed, the grass is green, mowed, beautiful flowers, many recreation areas, swings for adults)))!
In general, the house is painted with the love and care of the owners, it can be seen immediately. And the atmosphere is warm and cozy!
I recommend it boldly! And I will come here more than once!

We have rested in Kyndyga in the Comfort house 4 times already! The house is wonderful: large rooms, there is everything you need: a bathroom, a TV, beds for different numbers of people, a separate kitchen for guests with a summer area, the rooms are always cleaned, clean bed linen, everything according to hotel standards. The location of the house is the most convenient: 100 m to the beach. In clear weather, the mountains are visible. The territory itself is green, there are many plantings, flowers. It is clear that the owners are watching the site. To the source 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, to the store 10 minutes on foot. Kyndyg itself is being improved every time: a pier has been built, a spring has been improved, a supermarket is being expanded, I think water entertainment will appear soon. Sukhum is 30 minutes away by car. There is everything you need: you can walk along the embankment, go shopping, eat in delicious restaurants, go on any excursions. Abkhazia itself is very beautiful! There are many ancient temples, caves, waterfalls, the island of Ritsa is a must-visit! You can go to the mountains or go horseback riding. The holiday is suitable for both young people and families with children. We are grateful to the owners of the house for the warm and cordial welcome, we will definitely return!

We rested comfortably in early March . I liked everything completely . When you arrive , you are greeted by the friendly hosts who are waiting for you . The rooms are spacious and clean. The room has everything: comfortable beds, furniture, TV with lots of programs, air conditioning. Everything is as in the descriptions of the hotel . The room was clean and warm. The hotel offers a warm kitchen equipped like at home. The territory of the hotel is full of flowers , there is a place to sit outside. According to the location, the hotel is 3 - 5 minutes away. From the sea . It 's true that you have to go to the source , but it didn 't bother you . We came for a walk anyway . The store is a 5-minute walk away. We thank the hosts for our wonderful stay.

Staying in the COMFORT guest house, optimally located relative to the distance from the sea (so close that you can reach the water in 1-2 minutes, and so far away that the noise of the sea wave does not interfere with sleeping at night), gave an unusual feeling of unity with the space around you: the boundless sea, majestic eucalyptus trees, trusting animals taking food from the palm of your hand. A vacation in Kyndyga gave an opportunity to be alone with nature and yourself. The feeling of your personal space, which no one claims, was preserved at the time of your stay in the guest house: a separate entrance to the room, a private shower room with a toilet, perfectly washed and ironed bed linen, your own refrigerator, kitchen table and wardrobe; two types of cooking stoves: electric indoors and gas stove in the open kitchen. It is impossible not to note the cordial and friendly attitude of the owners of a cozy house, in particular the provision of a number of free services on their part, such as parking on the house territory, the provision of a specially equipped place and necessary equipment, including firewood, for cooking barbecue, as well as providing guests with their own washing machine and a place to dry clothes on a covered balcony. I was also impressed by the fragrance of flowers unknown to me, spreading over the site, although it was already January. It turned out that this smell was coming from an Asmanthus shrub planted near the entrance to my room. I can imagine what flavors are spread here in the summer, the abundance of flower crops, especially roses, is simply amazing! Thank you to all those who have invested their warmth and love in creating comfort in a cozy house on Beregovaya Street on the Black Sea coast!

I am coming to Abkhazia for treatment, I am very fond of the Kyndyg source. I have been staying in the same place for 6 years – the Comfort guest house. I like that it is located in a quiet place, the sea is within walking distance, and a very comfortable homely atmosphere. A good-natured hostess, she always met me in Sukhum by appointment. Cozy rooms, always clean, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, by agreement with the hostess, I took a bike to get to the source. There is a deserted beach near the house, I walk, walk, breathe eucalyptus trees, I am filled with health. I recommend it to everyone!

It is not the first year that we have been relaxing with friends in the Comfort guest house . Very hospitable and welcoming hosts!!!
We stayed in different rooms and liked everything very much. Always clean bed linen and towels . A good kitchen, there are all the necessary utensils. A large and cozy garden with beautiful flowers and exotic plants. The house is located on the seashore, walk 100 meters. The beach is pebbly. We want to come here again and again! We are looking forward to the summer!

My husband and I spent a long time choosing where to go for a vacation, and the guide advised a cozy house in Kyndyga. All photos/locations met expectations. We were accommodated in a clean, cozy room with a fresh renovation, the room is fully equipped, the house has a barbecue area, 100 m to the sea, 25 min walk to the spring. The territory is well maintained and planted with exotic plants. The hostess is a kind and friendly woman. Thank you for your hospitality.

We celebrated the New Year on the Black Sea coast in this fabulous place. Positive emotions are off the scale!!! We really liked it!!!👍👍👍As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by very pleasant, hospitable hosts, surrounded us with attention and care. The rooms are cozy, with all amenities. There is a warm floor in the bathroom, a heater in the room, which is important in winter.The kitchen is spacious, very clean and tidy..Thanks to Oksana and Oleg, very nice people! Thanks to the administrator Elena! Now we know that in Abkhazia you can have a great rest not only in summer and winter.

I have been staying at the comfort guest house for the second year and I do not stop enjoying this place ❤️There is everything that can fill a person who works a lot or just wants to change the situation. Sunsets that you will definitely appreciate, the sea is a 5-minute walk away, the beach with the most beautiful eucalyptus trees on the shore, in October, November there are no people on the beach at all, which I love especially. There are places where you can just take a walk and enjoy the views of the observation Tower or ride a bike to the hot springs after which you feel a charge of 200%. The most important thing is that there are a lot of Russians here, which is again important for me and it is safe to walk around the village. Clean air, delicious water from the well and the very atmosphere of the house and place is favorable. The rooms are clean, there is everything, even a TV that has no time to watch) wi-fi works, the kitchen has everything you need, refrigerator, stove, dishes, washing machine (by the way, laundry is free), clean linen, towels. I also like the atmosphere of the house itself, the owners Tatiana and Yuri are friendly, hospitable, responsive, if there are any questions, they will prompt and orient. This is a really cozy guest house. There are different rooms with different levels of comfort. But each room has everything you need. The courtyard and garden are aesthetically decorated. The kitchen is shared by everyone, there is a barbecue. There is a separate smoking area. There is a shop with everything you need 30 meters from the house, they even make khachapur (half an hour). And most importantly, the sea is a 1.5-minute walk away. It takes 10 minutes to get to the springs. The trout farm is 30 minutes away. It is an hour to the Giant Waterfall. There is parking behind the fence. You can sleep outside in a cot/hammock

We have stayed in this house more than once, we have not even considered other offers, because there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday as a couple, we like to stay here. Comfort, clean mountain air is important for us, and eucalyptus trees are a separate love! Of course, each of our visits is not complete without a source, a real natural healer. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the sea, the first line, the owners meet at any time and, in principle, are always ready to help with any issue. Privacy, tranquility, real relaxation. The rooms are always clean and inexpensive. We cooked by ourselves, the kitchen is large, no one bothers anyone. The location is good: close to the fortress, eucalyptus trees everywhere, a spring, supermarkets, a sauna, all within walking distance. We will come again!

An amazing place, upon arrival at night on the territory of the guest house, I immediately remembered the aroma of eucalyptus, it is so pleasant to breathe that I want to move there for permanent residence. In the morning, I was surprised at how close the house is located from the sea, some 150-200 meters to the beach, there is no such crowd of people as usual in resort areas, the coast is well-groomed and clean. The most important thing for me was the availability of waterfalls and hot springs, everything is located nearby! We spent 3 weeks there with my beloved wife and did not want to leave, in the summer of 2024 we will definitely return to this amazing beautiful place!!!

We had a rest at the end of November. We discovered this cozy place completely by accident. And they didn't regret it!!! The place is isolated, there are absolutely no people (local). The sea is 150 meters away. A hot spring is 1.5 km away, which is useful on vacation! The room is excellent, the kitchen is on the ground floor, a set of dishes and household appliances are available. You want to cook, you want to wash.. There is everything like at home! Parking for a car is available with a separate entrance. The store is 500 meters away, there is everything, a huge assortment, a little bit of everything.The owners of the Comfort are friendly, polite people! If possible, we will come more than once. We have been staying here with our family for several years. First of all, because the sea is a minute's walk from the house! Although I would share the first place with comfort - a lot of rooms by the sea are rented with shared facilities, and here each room has its own toilet, shower, air conditioner, heater. The kitchen is large, shared, several refrigerators, a lot of different dishes, etc., to the store 4 minutes on foot, to the springs 15. To the capital Sukhum 25 min by car. Beautiful well-groomed territory, the owners are wonderful people!
