The hotel is quiet, the rooms are cleaned, it is normal to spend the night.
Minuses:
There is simply no food at breakfast, a crowd of people, tables are littered with dirty dishes.
The rooms have a smell, probably because of the carpet. The bathroom has a strange layout, the toilet is placed right next to the sink, although there is a lot of space around. When you wash your face, you rest against the toilet.
Upon departure, guests are humiliated by checking the minibar.

I was at the Comfort hotel with a child! Everything is fine, the staff is polite and friendly! They'll tell you everything, they'll tell you everything!!!! The kitchen is very good, everything was delicious!!!! If I am lucky enough to come to Almaty again, I will stay only in Comfort!!!

"Домашний" отель оправдывающий на все 100 процентов свое название "Уют". Алмалинский район, в пешей доступности метро Жибек Жолы, пешеходная зона "Арбат", в окружении магазинов, магазинчиков, кафешек, закусочных и прекрасной кондитерской, в которой готовят вкусные пирожные и торты. Дружелюбный персонал, вежливые сотрудники. Своя небольшая парковка, Завтраки очень хорошие. В номерах: чисто, белье свежее, шумоизоляция в номерах на высшем уровне.

Чисто, вежливый персонал , отличное тихое место расположения, завтраки на троечку , мы прилетели из Пекина и там жили в отеле 3 звезды с такой же ценовой категорией - завтраки там были в 2 раза лучше , вкуснее, разнообразней и качественней. Но голодными не останетесь. Номер чистый, но интерьер совковый, для 2 ночей переночевать по работе за эти деньги хороший вариант . Не понравилось одно , очень сильно везде пахнет кондиционером или освежителем , не поняла что это , но запах сильных и навязчивый, аж подташнивало , в номере не так сильно , в коридорах и Холле

2) The staff is attentive. Everyone says hello. In general, everything. Everyone responds to requests. They are sincerely trying to help.
3) Breakfast. Here, of course, there is something to work on. Besides the automatic coffee machine, there is actually nothing to praise. Products of minimal quality. A small kitchen does not imply any special delights in cooking, but the initial products could be better. Well, the quality of the products at breakfast does not allow you to order something at a restaurant at another time. There are many places around that work 24 hours.
4) The location is convenient. Quietly. You get enough sleep.

I was on a private trip for a week. The location is great - the center is within walking distance. Clean, cozy, wonderful sauna (you need to sign up, according to the first person who signed up, the sauna becomes either female or male for an hour, there is a Jacuzzi-I did not use it). Very high-quality breakfasts with a wide range of dishes. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. It was expensive, but everything was very tasty. The staff is attentive and professional, all issues that arose during different shifts of administrators were resolved promptly (postponing breakfast, adjusting the faucet, selecting a larger bathrobe, etc.). Many thanks to everyone who made my stay comfortable, and I will definitely come again!

Хороший отель, удобное месторасположение. Просторный семейный номер. Все чисто, аккуратно. Уборка каждый день. Завтрки сытные, разнообразные. Ходить лучше пораньше, мало мест в ресторане. Один раз ужинали. Все вкусно, порции огромные, видимо поэтому получилось дороговато.

Останавливалась в этом отеле в январе 2023. Место расположения удобное, во дворе, поэтому не слышно шума машин с дороги. В отеле чисто и тепло. Доброжелательный персонал на ресепшн, помогли со всеми вопросами. Очень быстро оформили временную регистрацию. Завтрак на четвёрочку, но точно найдёте, что поесть. Мебель в номере не новая, но уютно и чисто. Контингент гостей международный. В целом впечатление от отеля приятное, полностью оправдывает цену. Готова остановиться там снова.

The hotel is really Cozy. They meet you right from the taxi, pick up a heavy suitcase and then there is no chance to be disappointed in the hotel. I lived for a full 7 days, there was not a single complaint: fresh towels, water, dental kit, etc. are in the room every day. The ironing room is on the first floor, but if anything, an iron and a board are ready to bring to the room. Sockets right at the headboard! The elevator has a huge beautiful mirror on each floor — so that you don't doubt exactly how you look before exiting.
You can leave your suitcase for at least a whole day before departure.
The only thing that could be improved was breakfast. There was a great shortage of fresh vegetables and fruits, but what there is is already colorful and delicious in itself. I definitely recommend it.
