It was way better before. The quality of the breakfast became very low. Their coffee machine didn't work and nobody seemed to care. My last visit was not a pleasant one.

We participated in the conference and chose Uyut Hotel. It was really good place to stay. Clean, safe and modern.

I liked the hotel. The staff is helpful. The breakfasts are boring, so-so - I preferred to go to other places for breakfast. The hotel itself is very good, it's almost a historical center, a few minutes on foot and you're on the local Arbat. The grocery store is a minute's walk away. The exchangers are also close. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. 28 Panfilovtsev Park is a 20-minute walk away. It's about the same to the Green Market. It's a long way to the main Museum and uphill, but you can get a couple of metro stations and then walk for 10 minutes.

The interior is old, but neat. In the 90s it was a top, but now it's more like visual noise. The breakfasts are good (there is a choice). The staff is friendly and helpful. They help with the suitcases at the entrance.
The room, at first glance, is clean, BUT if you look at the carpet, the "Hairy trail" From previous guests has been accumulating for years. And even despite my request to the maid personally to clean the carpet, it still remained hairy. I had to clean it myself.... Since I'm sooooo squeamish about other people's hair

Great hotel. I liked everything. We were also lucky with the view from the window. Breakfast buffet. It's expensive to have dinner, but if you're too lazy to go somewhere, then it's not bad. The staff is friendly. The room cleaning is perfect. By the way, there's a minibar in the fridge. A bunch of drinks in small bottles for the guest-alcoholic, lemonade, chips, chocolates and something else. If the contents of the mini-bar are not enough, you can also buy at the reception. There are also souvenirs there. And a free local newspaper, a weekly, I think. By the way, there is also a library there, you can take a book to read at bedtime.
I liked Kazan in general. The city is wonderful. I regret that I did not have the opportunity to visit the theater, which is just opposite the hotel.

A wonderful hotel! The rooms are cozy. We stayed in both Standard and Comfort plus. Birthday presents were made) I liked the breakfasts very much, they were delicious and varied. A nice, cozy hotel in the city center, but in the courtyards, so it will be quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to pedestrian streets, a convenience store in the next house. We lived on the 6th floor, the room was clean, cleaned daily, updated water and tea, dental kit, shampoos, shower gels. The staff is polite and helpful. An early breakfast was provided on the day of departure. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a large selection, you will not leave hungry. There is brewed coffee, but in recent days it has only been black.

Irina. From October 2 to October 6, 2024, we stayed at this hotel. From the first minutes we crossed the threshold, we were greeted by excellent staff, among whom was Galia, a kind and helpful administrator. She promptly arranged for us and immediately conducted a tour of the hotel, showing us where everything was, and when we left, she saw us off as family people. The room we stayed in is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The breakfasts were included, the food was very good, especially I would like to mention a large assortment of pastries. A cozy hotel with a good location. The rooms are clean. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is friendly. Upon check-in, all possible inconveniences were immediately outlined (the heating was not turned off yet, so it could be hot, insufficient cold water pressure), for this I put a separate plus, because you decide for yourself whether you are satisfied with it or not. The disadvantages include the moment that movement was heard in the restaurant. If it hadn't been for our overnight flight, I wouldn't have paid attention to this, but since we tried to sleep for a couple of hours and couldn't do it, including because of loud music, I note this.

A lovely, cozy little hotel. Elegant. Everything is in its place. Wonderful calm music at the reception and in the restaurant. There is a sauna and a small Jacuzzi pool. There are several simulators. Across the street there is a full-fledged large swimming pool from 7 am.
I stop for the second time. I am glad to see my friends, of course Galia and other employees. Everything is real, not glued artificial smiles. We are ready to help with shopping and sightseeing.
The breakfasts are varied, something can change every day: salads and fruits and scrambled eggs and cheeses and cereals and muesli and pancakes and pastries, coffee, tea, juices, milk.
I recommend it !!

The rooms are quite decent and clean, there are all toiletries, pleasant smiling staff, after the reconstruction the reception has become more attractive. The only disadvantage is waiting for food in the restaurant, sometimes you wait for 40 minutes for the ordered food.

In general, I liked everything, the location is convenient, the hotel is cozy, the room had everything you needed. The only negative was a slight smell in the room, it is unclear what kind of smell, but not very pleasant. After 5-10 minutes of staying in the room, you stop feeling it, so it's not critical. Perhaps these are some kind of chemical cleaning products .

The hotel is located in a quiet location. Only 2 things I didn't like. 1. A person can be heard talking in the next room. One evening, Dedan was in the next room calling his friends all evening and telling them the same story, grunting and coughing. Closer to one o'clock in the morning, I asked him to wrap up. 2. Breakfast is normal for such a hotel. But one day I witnessed the following. The waiter decided to help the guest collect desserts. He put a few tongs on a plate. Then he put the (!) part back on the tray with his hands and put (again with his hands) a couple of waffle tubes on a plate and cheerfully carried it to the guest. A small hotel, it corresponds to the name. The style is heavy, dark with gold. Show-offs in draperies. The rooms are small, but the beds and mattresses are comfortable, the bathroom is working. The room has a kettle, water and tea/coffee. What else does the guest need?
The buffet breakfast is simple, but hearty. There are always scrambled eggs, ubiquitous porridges and muesli. Of the cons: the unreasonably high price tag - 9k rubles / night for the standard is not worth it.

In terms of price-quality ratio, it is probably one of the best hotels in Almaty! It's not the first time I've stayed here and I think I'll stop more than once. It's strange, but this hotel is right cozy! No wonder they have such a name))) Both the attitude of the staff and the warm light from the lamps set up a pleasant stay. The rooms are nice, everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is not the strongest side of this hotel, but it is there and you will not leave hungry.

It seems to be almost in the center. According to the photo, it looks like a normal room. But the room stock itself is outdated, torn curtains that do not completely cover the window; the trouble with the bathroom is that everything flows, the drain button is not pressed in the toilet, the flush is very loud and sooo long, the shelves fall off, all the chrome pieces are rusty and have not been washed at all for a long time, the water in the shower barely comes off, you stand in a swamp. Also, a vomit saucer with stones under liquid soap for some reason.
The cleaning is disgusting. The cord fell behind the bedside table, I had to move it away - there is dirt and dust from at least a year ago; 1 battery out of two does not work.
Breakfast is the same every day, but! at any time, everything is always cold and windy, it's disgusting.
They also tried to sell the use of a mini-bar, which no one touched.
The only plus is a change of towels every day.
There are no 4 stars in sight here.

Гостиница очень понравилась, всё как и обещали , чисто, уютно, тихо и обслуживание отличное. Не понравился ресторан, первый день проспала завтрак ( к нему вопросов не было , хороший классический завтрак, как везде) и решила позавтракать на веранде в лобби , заказала клаб сэндвич , в меню это ветчина и сыр, салат, а принесли в горелом хлебе жаренное мясо( подозрение , что вчера жареное, т.к. было очень твёрдое и холодное ))) ) и помидоры. В принципе съедобно , но удовольствия никакого. Отдых это не испортило, желание в городе. Если бы не это , то 5 звёзд 100%. Обязательно приеду в эту гостиницу, при следующей поездке в Алматы.

If someone is running in the gym, then the room will feel as if a charged car with a subwoofer has pulled up.
And also in the same part, the noise from the street of working air conditioners.
So if you are given a room next to the gym (where the elevator is), ask to be given away.
The walls are like cardboard, you can hear everything, it feels like it's a former panel.
There is no hygienic shower.

Особенность Уюта, это тишина в центре города. Очень хорошее расположение. Супер чистота и качественная уборка. Отличные завтраки. Чуть быстрее столы убирать, меньше в телефонах сидеть и вообще оценка пять. При этом не понятна политика руководства. Заселение раньше 14.00 ты должен оплатить сутки проживания!!! Блин это как, а что нельзя организовать почасовую оплату за ранний или поздний выезд? Понятно, если в Алматы проходит мировой симпозиум и все номера на расхват, но в обычной, не чем не примечательной ситуации, когда да есть свободные номера, можно доплату и по часам сделать) Я рекомендую. Хорошая гостиница, хороший персонал, отличные условия

Good afternoon. We stayed here in the summer of 2023, and happened to be at this hotel due to circumstances.
The staff are very responsive and were happy to help in various situations. The breakfasts were delicious, the room was clean. We also used the laundry room, everything is done quickly. I had a pleasant impression about the hotel.
