I would like to know how to get from my house to the store, on which sidewalks?

04/21/24 Sunday it rained all day, I left the pharmacy, it is impossible to walk along the sidewalk, there is water everywhere, the only place where you can walk without getting your feet wet is the roadway along the curbs, where we went thinking sensibly. The police crew, led by a young lieutenant girl, stopped us and issued a warning with entry into the database that we were walking along the roadway, where we should not be. I told the employee that you can't walk on the sidewalk, that there is water there, you can't walk on the lawn either, only the roadway remains, but my short arguments were not heard. The answer was: "nevertheless." Probably my wife and I should have somehow managed to jump over this small puddle, but not to go out on the roadway. It would not be bad to first create conditions for unhindered passage along the sidewalk, and then take action. And so in this place you can catch violators without going anywhere.

Good afternoon! On 03.12.2023, at about 11.30 a.m., I called the traffic police to their cell number (for some reason the landline phone does not answer) regarding the incorrect parking of the car with the exhaust pipe directly under the windows of my disabled child (2 m) and my request to call the owner to remove the car, I was answered as follows: the car is parked correctly, there is no green zone now, there are no exhaust gases right now (he does not start it), they began to demand my personal data, etc. So any car can park in someone else's yard, spray its exhaust gases into the windows of the disabled (and now they warm up the car for half an hour or more) and the traffic police are on their side??? This is a small courtyard of a hostel for visually impaired people. Here, the check-in is made for a special garbage collection vehicle. But for some reason, all 9-storey buildings consider it necessary to park in this courtyard, where they do not even live??!! They all have their own parking!!! Is it possible to install a sign that "Entry is prohibited", except for special vehicles and cars from this house (two-storey and only 23 apartments)???
But the traffic police officers who arrived began to accuse me, demand explanations, etc. I realized that it is impossible to help the police fight offenses, the data will be recorded and handed over. And then think, who broke your windows, etc., etc.?
