A hotel that you can count on. There are always rooms available, there is a guarded parking lot behind the hotel building, the staff is polite, the room is clean, hot water, towels are clean and toiletries are available.
The hotel from the movie "Back to the USSR", Clean, cozy. We were moved into a room with one large bed (my wife and I), we were not given a second set of towels, they said the room was single.
The hotel is located in a quiet center, near many shops, a beautiful market, in your free time you can walk to the park and the embankment. The rooms are very ordinary, but everything is clean. The bed linen is fresh, perfectly white, dense. Soap, shampoo, gel, toothbrush and single paste. The room has a multi-channel TV, a small refrigerator. Cooler is in the hall. There are only glasses in the room, it's not very convenient for tea, but I had a thermocup with me. Breakfast without variety, porridge, tea, rolls with butter. After a few days on a business trip, of course, I got tired of it. In general, it is a good option for my tasks, I am not staying for the first time, it is convenient in location, budget, hospitable.
Sovdep, dirt, dust, wi-fi does not catch the promised one .a bathtub for a baby, and also a terrible acrylic thing of tears .And they told us that , of course , there were a lot of impressions .The impression was that the room was last cleaned about 2 months ago 🫣
Nice room. Spacious. A cozy hotel with ethnic "notes", with a wonderful location. Attentive staff. The room was systematically cleaned.
The restaurant had a good selection of dishes, friendly staff.
Next time, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
Only for those who want to save money, it is not suitable for a comfortable life. There is often rusty water from the tap. The management does not invest in the renovation of the hotel.
A Soviet-era hotel. I wanted to go to the room: -kettle
-hair dryer
- shower gel and hair rinse
- serviceable cranes.
Otherwise, everything is fine! Especially bed linen and blankets.
A normal hotel is like a Soviet hotel. There is everything you need, but without luxury and modestly. Last year the price was 8500t, this year 10500t nothing has changed for the better for sure. There is a Wi-Fi connection. There is a water cooler on the floor. Breakfast is included. Everything is in the soul. For those who just need to spend the night, that's it. But the price was raised in vain.
Not a bad hotel for your money. For those who are nostalgic for the USSR, the doctor prescribed it right away - from architecture and elevator to layout - everything is like a window to the Union))). If I go with my family, then staying is not a bad option, it is not expensive and clean
The hotel itself is very Soviet. Parquet carpeted floor, red carpets. The rooms are old and have a musty smell. It's old, but neat and clean. Snow-white bed linen and towels. Hot water must first be skipped for 30 minutes to get hot. For breakfast, you can choose porridge or sausage, coffee or tea. Bread and butter and a sweet bun.
In general, a good economy option for budget money.

A haven for the spirit of the Soviet era. It is amazing how the owners cope with maintaining the hotel's serviceability without replacing the equipment and decoration with modern ones, while ensuring the proper level of cleanliness. You go into the rooms and you get 30-40 years into the past - everything is as it was then, on business trips. And the staff is the same - boorish receptionist, cleaner, waitress. It's just oil pouring out on the soul, tormented by a responsive modern service. The cleaning lady laughed when I asked what to do with the cigarette smoke coming through our window from the next room: she wouldn't go through them and check? In general, it was interesting once, but next time we will try our luck elsewhere.
Well, what can I say.. a place for those who want to nostalgic for the times of the USSR. The hotel building is from those times. The rooms try to keep the equipment clean and new. The suite, for example, is a three-room suite with two bathrooms and its own dining room. Cool.
You can stay if there are no places in other hotels.
Lunch and breakfast are also peculiar. The local bar serves only a limited menu. But it's still edible and cheap.
In general, the hotel is on a small budget.
In principle, it is normal for smokers to have uncomfortable smoking rooms on each floor, the location is good and the service is slightly improved...

Good service, clean rooms. It was in winter, the room was cool, but they immediately brought a heater to my remark. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with something, then immediately inform the reception and they will try to solve your problem.
The rooms are comfortable, the prices were pleasantly surprised, the breakfasts are varied to choose from, the staff is friendly, responsive, the location is excellent
It's like being in the USSR. Clear. Comfortably. There is a parking lot. We are from the Russian Federation and we were charged a 5 percent tourist fee. There is a market nearby. Comfortable.
The central hotel of the city. The population of the Soviet Union. Just for the sake of the elevator board, you can visit this hotel once. The prices are affordable. In summer, it is better to choose an improved room.
How did you manage to save this Soviet hotel? Unclear. However, the air conditioners are working, and the breakfast is not bad. The elevators are Soviet, the ones with red call buttons and black floor cubes... Charm.
The cheapest rooms have the cheapest conditions, hot water flows forever, there is no thing on the wall that holds a shower head, lamp TVs, the smell is unpleasant but you get used to it after an hour, a couple of times it was that the toilet tank broke (water was constantly flowing) breakfast is included)
The Soviet hotel. These words can describe the whole point. But for that kind of money, you won't find a better one. The breakfast was edible. But it could have been better.
There is no service, no bathrobes, no disposable shampoos, no soap, no toothpaste. As for me, it is expensive with such a service. The repair was probably done in the 2000s
The old Soviet hotel in everything.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, it is very stuffy in summer.
There are breakfasts, but it's a laugh and a sin.
A place to just spend the night.
I am madly in love with this hotel, the comfort is appropriate for the price.
Clean, cozy, hotel, I like that everything is in the Retro USSR style.
The location of the hotel, right in the Heart of the beautiful Ust-Kamenogorsk.
In general, I RECOMMEND it if you do not live with saturated show-offs and inflated plans
It's just hell. You should be paid to stay there. The breakfast is simply inedible. The rooms have not been repaired since it was built. The only thing in the rooms is clean. But everything else leaves much to be desired
We lived in a suite. Everything is on top. Breakfast is included in the room rate. There were additional bottles of water and two chocolates in the room.
In general, the hotel is not even bad. Yes, furniture from my grandmother's time, but for this price it's not even bad. Nothing creaks, does not fall off, cleanliness is at the highest level!!! The bathtub just sparkles, even I don't have such cleanliness at home🙈
Those who are limited in budget- I highly recommend it, I even liked to return to the era of the 80s-90s)
A standard room, and the price is not great, and there is everything you need: a bed, a TV, a bathtub, detergents, but minus, there is no Internet in the rooms. Only in the lobby.
I give 4 stars for good memories from the past...
In 1990-91, I often came with friends for a weekend vacation, we always stayed at this hotel.
Even the memory of rainwater dripping onto a pillow through a leaky roof will not be able to negate the romance of the 90s... The room with a leaky roof is 713! 😁
