In the end, I decided to call myself to make sure that the order was actually accepted. The standard response was, "Wait 2 hours." It's been almost four hours. During this time, I clarified the status of the order several times — each time I was told that it had been accepted and the courier was on his way. When I asked again how long it would take, they said, "Now." It took 10 minutes, then another, then another message: "you will get a call now." In the end, it turned out that the order had not been placed at all.
They explained this by saying that today is a holiday. However, March 8th is only tomorrow, and this is not an excuse for such a level of service. If an institution cannot cope with the workload, it is necessary to warn customers in advance, and not to make false promises. Such an organization undermines trust and raises legitimate questions.
