Summer vacation in the countryside is great. It is located near Brest. The houses are small with an interesting interior. It's cool in winter, there are heaters. Water from the basin, you need bottled water when milking tea. It's a beautiful restaurant. There is a sauna with a vat, Parking. The staff is very helpful!

A nice place for a couple to relax near Brest. You can order food. (previously, judging by Instagram, breakfast was included in the accommodation, now it is not) . On the territory of the estate there is a chill zone with a vat, and soon, with a steam room (or as they say, a guy))). There is also a mini karaoke hookah bar)
But there is one big problem - it's water! Or rather, its quality! With a terrible backup

Let's start with the pros in order:
1. A forest area in a small settlement (there are no extraneous sounds) and that's it ......
Cons:
1. Parking, there is practically no Parking (it is available for 4 cars on the territory, put the rest near the forest horseradish knows where)
2. Houses for housing (there are 7 of them) stand in a circle very close to each other (straight House 2 project with all the consequences), if you want to relax with your family, nothing will work (in our case, there were pretty good guys nearby who spoiled the whole vacation)
3. The room is very cramped, the air conditioner did not work (which the administrator suggested simply opening the doors, hoping for a mosquito net).
4. Hot water..... the boiler was enough for 1 person, clean teeth and go to the shower very quickly, 2 people were already standing under cool water).
5. There is no service, no matter how they write here, there is none... a little man came running, took payment for everything working (zero reaction to problems) and disappeared, that's all the service.
And finally, the lighting caught on the picture, but in fact.... I went to the car in the evening with a flashlight from a mobile phone.
We fed the mosquitoes for 110 rubles.

We have been resting for several years, good houses, always working air conditioners, excellent oak beds, always clean bed linen, white clean towels, clean.
I rent a star for the bathroom. The toilets are not screwed on, they are shaking, the shower cabins are broken, then the watering cans do not work well. And pay attention to the steps- they are dilapidated.

Terrible attitude towards the client, they wanted to hold an event, they called in advance, the desired date was free, they made an advance payment, they said we would discuss the menu later, I had to call myself to reset the menu, as a result, in less than a week, they called to specify the menu themselves, and on the phone they said that they still took customers on this date (there are 2 times fewer guests than we have, when booking it was stipulated that we would be alone), but we were offered to sit with the children almost on the street, and this is not in summer. They didn't even bother to call us in advance and warn us! We had to look for another place 5 days before the event.

I want to warn all responsible people not to contact this irresponsible institution. 2 months before an important event, a date was booked, all issues were discussed with the hostess of the institution, and as a result, 10 days before the event, on the day when the menu was supposed to be discussed, they tell me that on this date they have a wedding! How is this possible? Yes, the hostess offered me a replacement - one of the worst establishments in the Brest region. It's just irresponsible. I have to look for a new place 10 days before an important event in my life, and this is actually impossible in the summer months! It's just a shame! I treated this institution well, and now I don't recommend it to anyone I know. If it were possible to set 0, I would. "Please excuse me" will not fix the situation, Natalia!
