One of the best preserved estates of the Mogilev region. Perhaps the reason for this is the preservation of historical purpose - the building has served as a hospital since the 19th century. The exterior is majestic neoclassicism, but inside is a Soviet hospital. Magnificent marble entrance staircase, carefully painted over with oil paint. The greatness of the past is not covered with a noble patina, but is repainted in the colors of a new era. We are looking forward to the reconstruction so that the new century will leave its traces on this masterpiece.
The majestic manor of the Counts Tolstoy, but alas, it is abandoned. It somehow resembles a palace in the Stomach, not outwardly, of course, but in spirit, whoever was there will understand. The entrance is free, they try to board up the windows, but people still climb. Inside only at your own risk, keep in mind that the floor and steps have fallen in places, and especially the cunning citizens sawed down and probably handed over the stair railing. If it is ever restored, it will be one of the main attractions of the entire Mogilev region.
A quiet, peaceful, beautiful place. The manor itself is located on the territory of a boarding house for the disabled. Everything is very neat and well-groomed around. Unfortunately, the Tolstoy estate itself is boarded up and is quietly falling apart. At the time of our visit, where the roof collapsed, columns and walls collapsed and fell down... I would like such places not to be ignored
A beautiful historical and cultural place. Beautiful park. A little neglected (it would not hurt to mow and tidy up) the building itself is interesting, but inside, I think it's not worth walking
the building is completely abandoned and collapsed. a gorgeous, incredibly neglected and overgrown park. If they had put it in order, it would have turned out to be a great sightseeing spot. In the meantime, the "historical and cultural value" sign looks like a mockery.
The Tolstoy Estate in Grudinovka is not just ruins, but a symbol of lost greatness, waiting for a second chance. Its restoration could restore a part of Belarus' cultural identity and create a new tourist magnet. In the meantime, it remains a place for brave explorers who are ready to look into the past through the cracks of destroyed walls.
"It is very unlikely that anyone will undertake its restoration in the foreseeable future... But we will believe that the funds will still be found."
A beautiful place, a good atmosphere, there is also a beautiful oak tree nearby that was planted by the countess at that time, I advise you to come and see.
We recommend this place to everyone interested to visit. There is a nursing home next door, so the infield is well maintained. Transport links are good, both by own car and by public transport. Unfortunately, the internal condition of the estate is almost emergency. But despite this, the impressions of visiting the estate are pleasant. There is also a store in Grudinovka that works seven days a week, which is also very convenient. The locals are also very friendly. We were satisfied with the trip. Travel around Belarus!
A historical place. A unique park of trees. It is a pity that there are no means to restore and refine! Time is taking its toll and the building needs to be repaired. On the ground floor there is a kind of staircase leading to the ceiling... I walked through the rooms and imagined, here the master was sleeping, and here he was having a meal, and this is the living room. And on the ground floor - since one of the articles says that it was a boarding school and remnants of patriotic slogans have been preserved on the walls, there is a picture of how young students watched movies here or spent their leisure time.
It's a beautiful place, the house has already fallen apart, but there's still something to see.Nearby there is an abandoned fountain and a very powerful century-old oak tree. It's a pity that such a landmark is missing, because this is our story. I would really like to see this apartment restored.
The year 2024 is September...not a single hint of preservation.
At least invest in proper conservation.
The place is very beautiful...the place is very correct. And the pool, and the park, but with tears in my eyes.
The buildings themselves do not cause any emotions, but the trees that were nearby in the reserve, an old huge oak like in a fairy tale, the trunk of which we could not embrace with the five of us and the beautiful lake was admired!
We visited this place. It must have been very beautiful once. And now it's sad.. Everything is falling apart. There are no signs to the place. There is garbage inside the building.
There is a boarding house for the elderly nearby. The boarding house is very clean and beautiful. The passage to the mansion is free.
Very, very bad!!!! You won't even look at it with tears. Such places need to be restored and protected for the future generation. It was better in Soviet times. Thank you.
Visiting the ruins of the manor left two impressions. During the Soviet era, there was a local school in it, and therefore almost the entire courtyard smacks of an abandoned school. It is not very safe to wander inside - the floor has collapsed in places, there are no stair railings, there are signs of vandalism. But otherwise the place is very nice if you are interested in architectural monuments of Mogilev region.
The facade itself and the fountain in front of the manor are impressive. But everything is in a terrible state. There's nothing to see, there's no point in going on purpose like we did. If you drive by, then it's worth stopping by.
The condition of the estate is very deplorable. Although it is located on the territory of the boarding house, it was not spared by the invasion of barbarian metalworkers. A magnificent park with bicentennial oaks and a lake, unfortunately, in the same depressing condition.
I have been a couple of times on business near this estate and of course could not resist the temptation to explore one of the sights of the Mogilev region.
Yes, of course, the buildings and the territory still need to be put in order, but in general, it is interesting now.
It is a safe place, located on the territory of a permanent residence for the elderly, but access is free. The manor is beautiful, it's a pity that it only has no owner, so this house is standing and slowly crumbling.
Nicely. It's a nice park. It is a pity that those responsible for this historical and cultural value made an abandoned building out of such a building.
An interesting place, convenient access. I would like to see at least a QR code through which you can read the history of the estate. Of the disadvantages, children need total control. There are dangerous places in which they can climb and get injured.
I remember riding on the train with Lev Tolstoy's great-grandson Dmitry from France. He was just on his way to the manor where their offspring met. He spoke Russian poorly, we rode with him like hares from Moscow. He said that they are descendants from all over the world, they meet once a year in this manor. In my opinion, it was 1990.
It was not the first time in this manor. They didn't get inside the first time. I was lucky this time. We were not alone. Before us, young people had already examined the interior.
The appearance of the old manor is only from the outside. There is A SCOOP inside. Unfortunately, the estate is still in good condition, it was possible to restore it, but it is easier for us to bury it.
It's sad, of course!
A beautiful park, a huge oak tree! Near which lovers like to be photographed.
The building itself is a gorgeous historical object. But what a state it is in... It's just awful. Garbage, painted walls. The doors are open - anyone can come in. It is a pity that there is no decent care for such a beautiful historical value.
It is located on the territory of a boarding house for the elderly and disabled. It is running, mothballed, and hardly anything will change for this building. There is an opportunity to go inside, but there is nothing special in fact.
A good manor, only in a neglected state. It is a pity that the authorities do not get their hands on restoring history..The park is very neglected, there are windbreaks all around..The village is dying out, there is no work. The collective farm almost died, the distillery was closed, and bam was also destroyed..
It's a very beautiful place, you can even climb to the roof! There is a house nearby where people with disabilities are helped, so to find the manor, you need to go a little further than this building. The house does not prevent you from taking beautiful photos and enjoying the atmosphere of the estate.
The manor is located in an accessible location. In a very beautiful park.A very beautiful place, nearby you can find the abandoned Countess's cellars.A hundred meters from the estate there is a wonderful lake.
It is a very atmospheric complex, it is a pity that such beautiful buildings are abandoned. The park itself is also beautiful! It's the best thing for walking)
Surprisingly, the manor itself has been preserved. That's just the doors are hardened for safety
The architecture of the estate is very interesting. With a rich history.Unusual trees grow in the park. It was not possible to get inside the house. The doors and windows were boarded up.
An abandoned, filthy, dilapidated building. The walls are covered with writing, the garbage is inside. The beauty of the building is very difficult to assess. Not worth a visit
