Everywhere is very dirty, dust, cobwebs, sand, etc.
In many rooms there is no light, as in the bathroom, but if it appears, there will be an LED library, there is no shower, some kind of a la shower hangs in the bath, where there is not enough hot water for everyone, the door does not close there, there are no rubber carpets
There are no sensible dishes, but there are plates with the name "tuberculosis sanatorium" if, of course, it will be pleasant for you to eat from this
As a result, the owner sent his "supervisor-girlfriend" to the company
At the end of the process of renting the house, this Madame Alla asked to take off the bed linen, which was refused from me, because I paid the money and I do not consider it necessary to do the work of the owners
We did not receive the contract to find out whether we are obliged to do this or not, although it is obvious that it is unlikely, you do not make your own bed at the sea in the hotel or in the same hotel
In fact, it would have taken less than 2 minutes, but it was a matter of principle with such an attitude and unkemptness throughout the house

The place is not bad.
But the organization is not very good.
There is no kettle, there are few dishes. Everything is kind of dirty and sloppy. Fishing, only from the boat, there are no approaches from the shore.
One of the advantages of a sauna in the house is to drown as much as you want, the absence of neighbors, there are no problems with firewood either.
