I'll start with the pros:
1. Next to the castle
2. Perfect cleanliness, bravo
3. Very nice clean bed linen
4. Someone wrote about mold, I didn't see anything, the cleanest bathroom and shower
5. Beautiful authentic straw gizmos, household items, towels, there are many of them, they are all different, they are interesting to consider
Minuses:
1. We lived on the 2nd attic floor, there are steep stairs up, it is not very convenient with suitcases
2. They didn't give me bath towels, am I supposed to take them from home?! Or wash only the face?! What's the joke? I don't understand. But they asked, - the hostess gave 1 for 4 "as an exception."
3. Sofas for children seem to be nothing, the bed is stacked pallets on top of each other and 2 mattresses on top. It was unrealistic for my husband to lie down. If along, then I was crazy, but it was uncomfortable, my head was hanging down. If it was across, even I, with my not very tall stature, could barely fit. We decided to sleep there with our daughter, my husband went to the sofa.... There is no normal bed.
4. Catastrophic problem with the service:
- we were asked to call an hour before arrival, I called at 18:00, asked where to have dinner in the World, we were told, we went to dinner. We were at the manor at 21:00. The hostess's reaction upon arrival was "... I've been waiting for you for 3 hours already." What do you mean you've been waiting for us for 3 hours? We arrived not too late, having warned in advance where we were and where we were going.
- all evening we tried to connect to the wi-fi Home network, the password for which was hanging on the wall, failed, as a result, I spent a lot of money on traffic, I had to work, in the morning my husband accidentally noticed another login / password in small print on the menu. We tried it and connected. Can't you take the outdated info off the wall and tell the guests what to connect through? I wrote to the hostess on Whatsapp in the morning on this topic - there is zero reaction.
- in the evening on the day of arrival, she warned that breakfast was needed, the hostess casually threw "Choose, but at 9 the time is already occupied." OK, I write early in the morning that I have chosen. As a result, it brings 2 porridges without milk. What kind of nonsense is this? Not only is the price like in a good restaurant, but also the tricks. "You didn't send it in the evening, I didn't go to the store" Seriously?!) And you can't buy a carton of milk, since you have porridge on your menu? There are 3 porridges in the menu, they chose different ones, in response, "I only have buckwheat." You decide, either you have a menu and breakfast, or you don't actually have any breakfast or service
- we stopped by with 2 children 6 and 9 "I did everything with my own hands that you see, be careful, don't break, don't run" Well, let's say my children are big and understand that this is really valuable, they will be careful, but a small child will definitely grab something and break it. These things are dear to you- put them away. Or don't bully children with a mentoring tone. There is zero hospitality
-"don't run, only in sneakers, we live downstairs, you can hear everything" I don't understand at all how to live comfortably for the owners when tourists are constantly upstairs in the attic, but this is the choice of the hostess to earn this way. And my choice as a tourist is to come only to places where they not only earn money from me, but where they are waiting for me and I am welcome, where I want to be again and again.
I will not return to the manor for anything, the hostess does not know how to work with guests, and I will not recommend it.

My review will be long enough for you to get into the current situation and assess what happened for yourself.
I was planning to surprise my dear man on his 55th birthday, which was supposed to take place on his birthday. That is, on this day (evening) we refused to spend the holiday with our relatives, but chose solitude on a beautiful estate, as it seemed to me. We came from St. Petersburg, that is, we did not find any other accommodation on the night of booking. By prior arrangement, I paid 50% of the room price in advance when booking by transfer - this is 100 Belarusian rubles, the remaining 100 had to be paid upon check-in. On the day of check-in, I kept the hostess Svetlana informed of the time of our arrival. We are not very young people, we were born and raised in the USSR, we are punctual and organized. They were supposed to check in from 15 o'clock, but they could not leave Minsk by bus, there were no tickets, the hostess warned that we would be in the evening, she announced the approximate time. We agreed that I would warn you again in an hour, and I did so. We were incredibly lucky (as we will talk about later) that my husband has relatives in Minsk and they agreed to give us a ride, and we paid them for the trip. Upon arrival at the manor, I rang the bell at the gate - silence, I began to call on the phone - after several calls, the hostess's phone was disconnected. Relatives from two numbers began to call the hostess - the phone was disconnected. We began to knock loudly, very loudly on the iron gate. You can imagine what kind of noise there was - it is very difficult for the owners and guests not to hear this rumble. But.... We were not accepted. There was a black dog big enough outside the gates of the manor. She didn't bark, but stuck her nose under the gate.
And this is the moment that we were not alone, we did not come by bus, that they waited for us, that they took us to Minsk and gave us an overnight stay, and two elderly people did not have to look for shelter - thank God and relatives - how do you like this story to celebrate the anniversary, for which we were preparing in advance.
When the hostess turned on the phone, for some reason she did not call me, did not respond to my numerous missed calls, but called unknown numbers, the numbers of her husband's relatives. What was she looking for - more suckers?
Of course, I wanted to return my prepayment, which I notified the hostess in correspondence. She did not want to return it, arguing that it was our fault. That no one at the gate saw or heard us: neither she nor her guests. She put forward a version that we arrived at a different address. Then she wrote that the gate was open, and we ourselves had to enter it. How do you like this: with a dog outside the gate, on a private territory - who will decide? And if the hostess had warned in advance - open the gate, come in, make yourself comfortable... the dog is kind and decent, hardly anyone wanted to be unrecognized, with the phone turned off. This is the first time we found ourselves in such a situation, and even on such a day in another country and outside the city. The owners always meet and wait.
As a result, after I wrote to her that we were not alone, that we had witnesses, she returned 100 Belarusian rubles to me.

Плюсы: хороший дизайн внутри дома, новая мебель, достаточно чисто, расположение (в пешей доступности от замка), ухоженный, симпатичный сад. Минусы: цена на проживание сильно завышена. У нас была комната на 2-м этаже с 4-мя двуспальными диванами за 5400 руб (российских). Было заявлено, что она площадью 50 м, по факту она не больше 30 м. В комнате никакой мебели, кроме диванов и журнального столика не уместилось. На окнах нет москитных сеток, нет кондиционера, только одна двойная розетка у одного дивана. Банных полотенец не было вообще, только для рук. Маленькая ванная, совмещённая с туалетом, на 1 этаже неожиданно для нас оказалась в общем пользовании с ещё двумя номерами, то есть на человек 10 и более (в случае полного заполнения номеров). В нашем случае одновременно жило 6 человек. В туалете была половина рулона туалетной бумаги, за ее наличием особо не следили. Плюс на все номера малюсенький холодильник в общей кухне. Дом деревянный, ночью полы скрипят, слышно каждое закрывание двери. В итоге мы не выспались. Хозяйка почти всюду повесила таблички с предупреждениями, что нельзя делать гостям и какие будут санкции за нарушения ее правил вплоть до штрафов. Вывод: такое проживание - красивое общежитие, подходит только за гораздо меньшие деньги и на одну ночь, чтобы перекантоваться
