In September 2024, I visited Belarus again. This time I stayed at the Rynkovka estate. This is a wonderful place, with cozy houses, barbecues and gazebos. The house is very clean, cozy, and has everything you need for guests. Beautiful well-maintained territory. Attentive staff. Wonderful traditional cuisine! I would like to come back here again, but so that the prices become a little more democratic. I recommend it!

Great place! We lived in a hotel.The room had everything you needed. It is a pleasure to walk on the territory. There is a river with clear and transparent water. It is a pity that I did not take a swimsuit (There is also a good Playground.Pleasant hotel staff. The restaurant was very tasty. I really liked the parsley drink! I recommend it to everyone! I would like to come back with the whole family and stay longer!

We travel around Belarus and this is one of the best places. The hotel room is clean (there are cabins for those who wish), towels, soap accessories. The territory is quite large and, importantly, well-groomed: flowers, flower beds, recreation areas, a playground and even a goat and a peacock! The restaurant's cuisine is just a delight, very tasty! Many thanks to the staff of the hotel and restaurant!!!! I recommend it for a visit! I give 10 out of 5 stars!

Everything is fine! The location is like a natural oasis. An ensemble of antique buildings, a pond, houses.
Polite staff, cleanliness and order. A place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the world.

The houses are very cozy. Each has its own private parking area.
Brest is 10 minutes away by taxi.

The best place to visit Belarus, the base is located near the city. There are standard rooms in the building, or you can rent separate houses on the territory, each with its own barbecue, sun beds. There is a river nearby, there is a mini zoo on the territory, storks live on the roof. There is a restaurant downstairs, the kitchen is excellent. The staff is friendly, the room is cleaned daily.

We rested here in early November. The place is gorgeous! Very beautiful and well-groomed territory, near the river. My husband even caught a small pike))
We booked house #6 (with sauna). Near the house there is a barbecue, a gazebo and a font (although the font was already closed, it's not the season). The house is equipped with everything you need, decorated in a rustic style, very colorful. The children were delighted with the stove)) True, my husband and I lacked a sofa in the living room, but on the other hand, the sofa would not fit into the style of the house.
Separately, I would like to mention the breakfasts in the restaurant. The menu is very cool: scrambled eggs, porridge, pancakes, cheesecakes, etc. For every taste! Cooked delicious!
We also went to a restaurant for dinner, but it was more difficult with the main menu. It seems like there are a lot of dishes on the menu, but there's not much you want to choose. But at the same time, what we eventually chose was cooked sooo delicious! Draniki are generally the most delicious of those that we tried on this trip to Belarus. To be honest, I thought that draniki was not my dish until I tried them here))

- the first disadvantage is that they fanned you with breakfast, they said you have accommodation with breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 come have breakfast. There was a menu for breakfast, they said choose anything. After breakfast, the bill was issued according to this menu.
There is no shower holder in the bathroom, I had to hold it with my hands all the time.
They did not clean the room for 2 days, although they promised, they referred to the fact that one of the previous guests took the room key with him and the maid could not open it…

We rested in house 6 on 08/24/2024. We were extremely dissatisfied with the service. I will cite all the incidents that we got into through no fault of our own:
1. We clarified by phone in advance what could be done with the potatoes for the barbecue, which we will bring with us (there is no kitchen or cauldron in house 6). We were informed by the restaurant administrator that it would be possible to give them, they would clean and cook, they would not have to pay extra. As a result, when I went to check with the administrator on the spot, an incompetent woman almost laughed in my face and said, they say, they do not even provide such services for payment.
2. We clarified about the firewood. Of course, it's great that they provide them, but I had to carry them myself on a cart and figure out how to fire them, because they don't have an axe or a saw. The next day, they also made a remark that without asking (!!!) They took the cart.
3. The bathhouse is heated for 40 minutes (this is not a minus), but after that you can steam in it for only 1 hour and it was forbidden to pour water on the stones. The administrator's quote: "If you want to steam more, wait 1 hour for it to cool down, after that another 40 minutes to warm up, and be sure to pay extra on top for the second heating."
4. The font... It's tinny. The water probably does not change and the font is not cleaned, it is green!!!
5. The lack of cutlery is also not encouraging, but at this point we were warned.
6. They warned you not to listen to music loudly. This is not a minus for us, but it will probably be important for someone.
7. If you paid for the house and decided to cancel after a while, then the money will not be refunded to you, but you will be offered to reschedule the reservation to another date (this was warned in advance).
To sum up, the manor itself (at least the 6th house) is quite convenient for a company of 8 people, quite comfortable beds, the house itself is clean, the location relative to the city is good, but it is unclear what administrators pay salaries for at a fairly high rental cost (600 rubles / day). There is a feeling of dissatisfaction with such a cost and complete incompetence of the staff.

Из минусов:
Плохие подушки (очень низкие), как обещали при заселении не подготовили купель, в кафе дали хлеб с плесенью, на территории не ухоженный водоём (болотце), в кафе нет фоновой музыки из-за чего не очень комфортно общаться

Душевная и красивая Усадьба. Не в первый раз. Бронировали домик №5 и номер в гостинице. Угадали, так как было много праздничных мероприятий на территории, беседка возле домика очень даже кстати пригодилась. Ужин доставляли к домику(+15% к заказу). Еда вкусная, включая и завтраки. Погода удалась на славу. Был день строителя, в связи с чем и нам удалось посмотреть салют) Спасибо Нине администратору, Татьяне(ресторан) и бармену Сергею за душевное отношение. Будем в Бресте, вернемся еще!) Рекомендую!

I really liked the hotel and the restaurant. You can rent a house. Everyone has their own barbecue, gazebo and deck chairs. We stayed in a hotel on the 2nd floor. There seem to be only 9 rooms. Quiet, there is no audibility. Very cozy and clean. The room is lovely, there is everything you need. Very comfortable mattress. The food in the restaurant is delicious. You can eat in the gazebo on the street. A large area. If we get to Brest again, we will only go here.

Очень хорошее и уютное место для отдыха. Красивая ухоженная территория.
Ооочень вкусная кухня и приятная музыка. Из минусов - обслуживание. Администратор будто понятия не имеет, какие мероприятия будут в ресторане. Гостей никто не встречает, нужно было искать кого-то и спрашивать, где находится банкетный стол. Официант приносила только блюда и ИЗРЕДКА убирала ненужное со стола. Следить за выпивкой и напитками пришлось самим, чтобы доставить все необходимое и открыть, что нужно.
В остальном остались довольны!

Прекрасная усадьба для эко-отдыха! Снимали на несколько дней домик с семьей! Очень понравилось! У детей был воторой этаж, а у нас первый. Воздух чистый, речка красивая, около каждого домика мангал - можно шашлычить сколько угодно. Спалось на свежем воздухе потрясающе! Тихо и спокойно. Категорически рекомендую к посещению кафе в главном корпусе! ОООчень вкусно! Особенно завтраки! Когда яичница скворчит на сковородочке, пахнет кофе, а дети едят свежие, вкуснейшие сырники - это супер! Обязательно вермеся сюда летом. Спасибо за классный отдых!

Уютные гостиничные номера в главном здании и есть отдельные бревенчатые дома. В главном здании есть ресторан, где можно вкусно поесть. Детская площадка и беседки на территории для небольших компаний. Нам очень понравилось. Сама усадьба тоже доступная, но только снаружи.

Шикарное место, великолепная кухня, обслуживание на уровне. Отдыхала в паласе, гигантский по своим масштабам зал. Уютная территория, хорошо дополнена детскими площадками. Рекомендую место для отдыха и мероприятий.

Дорога от Минска с заездом в 2 замка - Мирский и Несвиж, показалась весьма утомительной, поэтому было крайне приятно оказаться в этом оазисе свежести.
Территория приятная, на территории протекает речка, думаю, пригодная для купания. Дома с соломенной крышей, внутри пахнет деревом. Идеально для многодетной семьи.
К сожалению не нашли, где включается вода, и на 5 человек было 4 одеяла. Жену конечно люблю, но одеяла очень не хватало.
Аист с тремя аистëнками на месте!
Ресторан очень приятный.

Еда обычная. Свежая, но шашлык, например, передержан, курица тоже сухая. Персонал отличный. Атмосфера на любителя, очень громкая музыка после 19.00 в основном зале, репертуар русский. Территория ухоженная, усадьба сама симпатичная.
