We had a rest with MC at the hotel, there is no limit to my delight. Well done!!! We were served quickly, the staff was polite and friendly. The waiters are wearing gloves, it's cute and right. The rooms have everything you need, even a cute sponge for shoes. Clean, everything is brand new. It's warm and these windows are warm. If the level is kept that way, then there will be no shortage of visitors. In the evening, a young man with a violin performed. I know that there are different classes for children. Thank you for the service.
P.S. the only thing is that you still need to book a table, fortunately, it was free, and we had dinner.

I think this is the best restaurant in the city of Slonim. It is located quite far from the center as it is located in a historic building that once belonged to the Puslovsky family. The place is amazing - incredibly delicious dishes, the atmosphere of the old castle, good service. Yes, it's not cheap here (in January 2025, lunch for two without alcohol costs 130 rubles. I recommend this place! It may be a little chilly in winter, but this only conveys the atmosphere of the castle.

I can't judge by the prices, if the first, second, dessert and drinks are 80 rubles, it's expensive for you, so why consider going to a restaurant as a whole? Of course, I would like the work schedule to be around the clock, but alas, there are problems with attendance, the main thing is not to close, and that is the only place in the city with very tasty food

I really liked the building, the exterior is antique, but inside it is very cozy. The food is delicious, the menu offers a wide range. The service is fast, the staff is attentive and friendly. The interior is interesting, thought out to the smallest detail, it was pleasant to look at chandeliers, sconces in the shape of bats, massive chairs in moments of waiting. A good place to relax after a long move and have a delicious meal. I recommend a visit.

Lack of electricity and rotten bathrobes: How was your weekend at the Puslovsky Estate?
The short answer is this: if you have money and don't have several thousand subscribers, then you won't see good service here.
And now for more details.
We were on our way to relax, having seen numerous reviews of holidays in this estate. We had certain expectations, it seemed that we were waiting for comfort, the atmosphere of an old estate and service on a high level. But on the very first day, everything collapsed:
⁃ Lack of electricity. We were put in a room where traffic was constantly blowing out. The staff calmly informed that it was "normal for this room." No one warned us in advance, apologized, or offered us an alternative. In the end, they just showed us the dashboard, and we went to turn on the electricity ourselves.
The strongest stench from the bathrobes and towels in the SPA. They smelled like they'd been dried in a damp basement.
There were brown pieces floating in the Jacuzzi. After our request, the staff cleaned it, of course, but at our expense — while the paid time was running. But I note that they apologized for this and treated me to drinks.
, Slippers and the magic of prices. We were guests, but when we asked for disposable slippers, they just sold them to us. Although it would be logical to provide them for free, because we already live in the hotel. Moreover, the price turned out to be higher than indicated in the price list.
Breakfast included sounds great until you find out that you can't choose it. No one warns about this in advance. Would you like to replace tea with coffee, which costs the same amount? No, that's impossible. Why? Because. I had to drink what they gave me and wonder why such an approach would happen.
I recommend that the cook learn how to use different pans or change the oil. Sweet pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast were flavored with fried sausages
Guests are not allowed to enter the restaurant during the show program. We were informed that we can visit it only on general terms and conditions, paying the full entrance fee. I think this is as non-customer-oriented as possible.
We are not bloggers, but just people who have paid a lot of money for a vacation. And it turned out that without subscribers, the service for you will be the same as the electricity in our room — absent.
Very sorry. Maybe the management will someday realize that money from real guests is more important than barter reviews.

A quiet and peaceful place to relax "from people". A restaurant and a hotel in a former stable (according to the staff). The restaurant has very tasty dishes and polite and helpful staff. A stop at the hotel is a must on future trips.

We were at the SPA complex. The tariff was taken for 2 hours for 4 people, it costs 145p. I really liked everything. There is a living room with a TV, microwave, kettle and dishes. Underfloor heating is everywhere. The Jacuzzi for 4 will probably be too small, but all together they did not climb in there. We had a 3-year-old child with us, it was impossible to pull it out. 2 doubles, there is plenty of room. The receptionist was friendly, told me everything and showed me. We ordered ginger-lemon tea (ginger felt good) and cranberry karkade. I liked the teas.

There are questions mainly about the
spa: there is a smell of stagnant water and no aroma oils, a short hose at the hygienic shower in the hammam - the question immediately arises how cleaning is carried out, a very slippery tile - a friend fell and hit hard enough, also very slippery steps of the font stairs.

We ordered a SPA + after a table in the restaurant.
Everything was done at the highest level. Upon check-in, a nuance arose, but it was immediately resolved by the administrator. The staff is excellent.

Very tasty cuisine, the price is fully justified, but the staff is lame, the dishes were brought, but the appliances were not there, they sat for five minutes thinking they would still bring them, but in the end I had to go for the appliances myself, while no one apologized for the fact that there were no appliances. The location of the tables was also not very good, we sat in the far corner while paying 20 rubles per person for admission (there was a music and entertainment program), but we only saw the backs of the musicians and the presenter from this program!

Location, overnight stay, rooms are all ok. But there is no Service in the restaurant. The waiters forget what the customer ordered, they are all slow, and not experienced at all. In the evening, they clarify the order for breakfast, and as a result, the waiter answers in the morning - it wasn't my shift, I didn't know. And then after a while the administrator asks why you didn't place an order yesterday, everything would be ready. It's just some kind of lack of organization among the staff. But they didn't laugh enough.

We were in early May, though I don't remember what day, like Saturday. We stopped by at 11 o'clock, we were immediately warned that it would be closed in an hour. It can be seen that they invested in the interior, trying to create some kind of entourage, but as for me, the theme is unclear. We tried salmon and beef tartare, waited for 40 minutes (We had to eat quickly and get out of our way. The staff is kind of tortured and sad, although it is clear that they are trying. The kitchen and cooking are bland. I liked the new dishes, white and ironed tablecloths. Extremely uncomfortable chairs by the way. Such a thing. It's good that, in principle, something has been discovered there, it's already more fun.
