I studied in 1975-1982, when the building was in good condition.Then 10 years later, I don't remember anymore. Then a new school was built nearby, but there were fewer and fewer people going there. And the old school, the manor, was falling into disrepair.
Then, it seems, the Soligorsky salt works decided to make a recreation area for its employees, and reconstruction began. Well, then the crisis, inflation, crisis again, and it remained at this level.And so yes, the places are beautiful, it was possible to rebuild the dam in the neighboring village of Grozovok and a lake would be formed, much larger than it is now. It is fenced off and seems to be a long-running construction site with unclear prospects. But you can admire the scale of what a magnificent building it was.

A very interesting place, the watchman Mikhalych conducted an excursion, told a story, a very competent and interesting and good person, a good geographer. We really liked this place, we'll come back again sometime 💪

Unfortunately, the unique architectural monument is not in the best condition, although restoration has been underway for 12 years. The entrance to the estate is prohibited, as it is a private territory.

We were nearby and decided to take a look... I didn't like it..the building is in disrepair, not suitable, fenced with a wooden fence, it says that it is private property....If someone bought it, they could have improved it..

In bad condition. They tried to restore something, but abandoned it at the very initial stage. The ceilings collapsed. It is sad that our history is in such a state.
