A family of 2 adults and 2 children vacationed in August 2024. And we really liked it, I don't understand the low ratings, especially considering the cost of living. A wonderful fazenda, the feeling that he had come to his country house.
We lived in a large cottage, there was no one else on the territory except us. I don't know about the other houses, but ours was great, the refrigerator is running at full capacity, there is hot water, the boiler heats up. The house is built with a soul, I want to consider every detail.
A lot of dishes, blankets, pillows were found in the closet, three sets of bedding were provided to us.
There were no mosquitoes, there were biting flies, but only 2 pieces flew into the house during the whole vacation.
The lake is 5 minutes away on foot at a leisurely pace, there are steps into the water, the bottom is sandy. We took saps with us, had a great time.
The gazebo is closed, there is a brick barbecue, skewers.

Yes, there are small breakdowns in the house, the bathroom is not like in 5 * in Turkey, but there is a shower, a toilet in the house. It definitely does not interfere with relaxing in nature in such an amazing place.
And the owner settled us with dogs, he keeps dogs and loves them, so in general, thank you very much!

1. I advise you to bring your own bed linen and towels. I would also take my pillows and blankets, but this is a personal matter for everyone ...
2. The refrigerator barely works. The freezer does not freeze.
3. A lot of dishes with chips.
4. In the hall, after the rain, the ceiling flowed in two places. And it's on the ground floor. The owner said there's nothing upstairs, so it's okay. It went on like this for three days. The jars were set up like in the good old days.
5. The floor in the hall is sagging. I hope that unlike the ceiling in the room, it will be repaired before someone falls.
There was a feeling that the main thing was to settle more people and take money. And quality is a completely different matter . We won't go there anymore
And also take mosquito fumigators with you. Mosquito nets are not on all windows.

We lived in a small house, for the price- very good. Konstantin greeted us very cordially, told us and explained, a very polite and adequate person. The house has cutlery, plates, mugs. Each house has its own barbecue. The toilet and shower are outside, but we were warned about this in advance, so no questions asked. On the territory of the fazenda there is a gazebo, a summer kitchen, a garden swing, a sauna. The bathhouse was heated by the owner of the fazenda himself, provided with firewood) Naroch is literally a 3-minute walk away. On the downside, it was quite cold in the house, we slept under 2 blankets and turned on the heater. But if you go in the summer, it will be great. Thank you for your hospitality!)
