Until 2023, the last time I was there was in 2014. Since then, the estate and the distillery building have been cleaned of garbage and the bushes have been cut out. This happened due to the fact that the historical monument was leased from a farm.
It is a pity that during this time it was not possible to do anything in terms of restoring buildings. But, the fact that the natural destruction has been suspended is already a big plus.
According to local residents, back in the mid-50s, the cultural life of Kashtanovka and nearby villages was boiling in the manor building. The building had a club, billiards and dance evenings were held.

We stopped by on the way from the International. There is no free access, as there is, but there is a contact phone on the fence, it is probably possible to arrange an excursion (I did not photograph the sign).
So far, only 3 stars, for what you can look at from the side. The manor is surrounded by barbed wire, the gate is locked. If you just stop by on the way.
