I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the car wash service. The staff seemed rushed, and there was a lack of attention to detail. It felt like they were hurrying through the process, and my car wasn't cleaned to the standard I expected.
However, I would like to mention that I had a positive experience at the food court. The place was clean, and the service was friendly, with no complaints there.
I hope you can address the concerns regarding the car wash to ensure a better experience for future customers.

There is very bright lighting on their side, which is directed directly at the windows of the residents of the Osiye 12 building, as well as their special equipment from the car wash (a water pump, a carshare and a dryer), as well as car wash workers and customers all the time coming out and shouting to each other, laughing loudly, they are talking loudly right in our yard, they do not react to the remarks of the residents in any way! Because of all this, our young children cannot fall asleep normally at night, and in the children's room, the windows of which overlook this URUS car wash, very bright lighting from the car wash lights passes through the window, thereby violating the norms of the SanPiN for Violating the rules of sanitary and household order.:
Sanitary rules and standards for the design of residential buildings (SanPiN RUz No. 0146-04) prohibit the operation of built-in premises, including basements, in violation of the regime of everyday life and recreation of the population, especially if the activity is accompanied by noise and light pollution, disturbing residents.
