It's not a bad place. It is located in the basement, but there are tables on the street, there are many different cafes and bars in the courtyard surrounded by knowledge. We had a cocktail in the Urbanist, you can order from the menu or ask the bartender to mix something to taste. The prices are not very democratic, but acceptable.

It's a very strange impression. We were advised this place, but in fact..
First, the location. The establishment is impossible to find, there are no signs or signs where they are located. Nowhere is there a word about the fact that the entrance is from the courtyard, in the courtyard itself there are only signs of other establishments. The entrance to the basement is completely inconspicuous, if we had not asked the officials of other cafes, we would not have found it.
Secondly, the institution itself. We go down to this basement (yes, everything is stylish inside, with an idea), no one meets at the entrance, it is unclear where to go, a bunch of strange rooms and not a single waiter or administrator to at least ask where to go and where to sit. Okay, we sat down near the company of girls, waiting for the waiter. 5, 10, 15 minutes pass, no one is there. It feels like they're not here at all.
All these 15 minutes while we were sitting, we inhaled wonderful aromas of dampness and mold. So you can sit in any basement.
In the end, we just left without waiting for the waiter and inhaled mold
