BBQ burger for 5/10 - there is no bag, the filling is all poured out, it is impossible to eat meat without spices, the ingredients do not match the picture - apparently it is not necessary once at a time, there are no quality standards here.
Gyros 7/10 is a large portion, good sauce, fries are cool, vegetables are not felt, meat is boiled, it is not convenient to eat - the pita is rubber, everything falls apart, there is no wrapping paper for the dish.
Shawarma 5/10 was ordered earlier, there is no desire to repeat it, the size is small pita bread rubber.

An order number from an incompetent manager, in order to accept the order, you need to make an effort, (well, or the whole universe resisted, and you had to pass by) messages on Vacap were ignored, as well as calls for 25 minutes - later they called back themselves with a question - what they wanted, I'm listening to you (as if it's not clear why they are contacting delivery), read the order in the message and no one was going to duplicate it, everything had to be said from the very beginning and recheck itself - that they wrote it down correctly, they messed up according to the initial amount, you can ask for payment details yourself, ask for the delivery time yourself, and so on
Naturally, they scored on all requests..
The wait is 40 minutes, + the courier signaled for the whole yard for 5 minutes, since the administrator does not care about requests and they cannot notify the client about the courier's departure.
For strange reasons, the couriers' calls go to spam when they call Vacap.
