It's a very atmospheric place. Each floor is unique, it feels like you have entered a fairy-tale palace, everything is very beautiful and cozy. And from the third floor there is a stunning panoramic view of the Drozdov reservoir with a separate exit to the terrace. Each floor is local, with its own restrooms, bar, and kitchen. The staff is very attentive and the cuisine is incomparable, especially the barbecue. The price tag is average, restaurant level, champagne from 20p. for a bottle, a kebab from 12p. for 200g. This is not the first time we have held a corporate party here, everything is at a high level, now I especially liked everything.

The service is zero. Half of the dishes on the menu are simply missing. Waiters suffer from dementia and infantilism, as does the manager. They were on 08/06/2023 at 13:00. There is no visitor in the rest. We ordered lunch for two for 300 rubles: steamed sea bass, steamed salmon, beef steak (reer ed), Caucasian potatoes and pork kebab. We waited for about 30 minutes- the waiter brought out potatoes (without anything, without sauce, without anything, just potato slices) for one person, said the rest should wait another 20 minutes. And what are the potatoes with? After 25 minutes. After I said that we were not going to wait any longer and were leaving, I took out all the dishes at once. A steak is not a steak, but a medallion of beef, and freshly frozen. The fish is all dried up like paper. The unrealistic bastard attitude of the staff to customers, strained politeness, but at the same time 1,2,3 and dessert will be served to you at a time, so as not to go once again. Even if the restaurant is empty. A perfect place with a nice interior and comfortable sofas.

Of the luxury in this restaurant, only the name, alas.

I'll give you four stars for the place itself.
But as for the kitchen, I didn't really like it and the service was also not at the highest level. The dishes are dirty as in a cheap dining room, cutlery and glasses were affected. Dirty glass spoiled the view and created an unpleasant atmosphere. In general, it was expected that it was more on the first impression and on the site, and yes, the prices on the site did not correspond to reality in the menu in fact!

The interior design is a mixture of Byzantium and the 90s, the atmosphere inside is oppressive. The kitchen ranges from "not very good" to frankly bad. One of the advantages is the work of the waiters, if they hadn't tried so hard, I would have put two stars lower.

The food isn't bad, but it's not great either. The service was fine at the beginning, but in the end, when we left and went to the toilet with our daughter, and my husband stayed in the hall to wait for us, he heard very unflattering words about us from the waiters (mats). Why would that be, they behaved decently, didn't get rowdy, were only there for about two hours, left a decent tip. There was no one else in this restaurant (Wednesday 06/28/23). Therefore, I definitely do not recommend the institution. To the HR manager, teach the staff manners.

Visiting this restaurant caused very mixed feelings! The pretentious interior and good location immediately earn three stars for this restaurant. This is where the asterisks and positive emotions end and the cons begin. 1 Is not a very cheap restaurant, but it is UNJUSTIFIABLY not cheap. 2. Dishes - portions are not small, but there are questions about the quality of the products!!! In any self-respecting restaurant, there would be no question to replace the dish for which there were questions or not to pay for it, and even get a compliment from the institution, but not here! Here I will convince you that it just seems to you, without offering to solve this issue somehow (it is very inconvenient in front of guests)!!! 3. Of all that was ordered for the banquet table, nothing was surprised by its taste qualities. The taste and serving of dishes reach only to the cafe of the average category, but not to the restaurant. And how surprising is the absence of some items from the menu, in the form of an elementary morse! 4. With empty halls and zero landings, there is no waiting for staff. There is a huge problem with the staff in this restaurant. The administrator cannot suggest or solve anything. The waiters are invited, for whom you will pay separately for the service (but special thanks to the guys, they do their job perfectly!). 5. There has been no live music for a long time, the background is very much for an amateur! 6. In the heat, it is better not to sit on the fly, the sun bakes through windows on which there is nothing to close, and there is a huge problem with air conditioning. result: We are very sorry that we chose this restaurant and certainly will not return here...Unfortunately, the holiday was ruined!!!

The kitchen is good. I'm putting 4 points for the New Year. I was sitting in the dining room with the lights on brightly, there were zero decorations. There were no streamers, no garlands, nothing at all. The main decoration was a Christmas tree standing about 25 meters away from us. At a bunch of tables. According to the program: she was there, but the equipment is bad, the microphone is noticeably hoarse.
The service person worked for 5. I know one thing... I will not celebrate the next New Year here.

I don't recommend it. We were a company. The staff is rude. The dishes are dirty. The bartender also drinks at work along the way. There were mosquitoes, flies, and even a cockroach running around on the floor. The dishes are like in a cafe, the portions are small, but the prices are more expensive than in an elite restaurant in the city center.

The restaurant has been transformed in terms of service quality, if earlier (2 years ago) there were rough edges, now there are no questions, the waiters and the administrator work at all 1000%. There are small nuances in the kitchen, but everything is individual, in general I liked the location, the atmosphere, and the restaurant itself! I'll bet 10/10.

It's not a bad place. It was daytime , and I did not find a large number of people, as well as the work of the staff in more difficult conditions. The quality of the food is acceptable, as are the prices, they are average here for the center of Minsk and establishments of this type. I liked the view of the fountain and the reservoir from the window in one of the halls.
