I stayed at the Ural Hotel for one day.
It is located in the center, near the market, shopping centers. Everything is within walking distance. There are no ATMs inside. The rooms in the hotel require cosmetic repairs. The suite costs 10000 tenge, it includes: toilet, shower,TV, wardrobe, table, chairs, dishes for two people, double bed, air conditioning, (electric kettle, if necessary, at the floor attendant.)The staff is polite, by the way, they put their car on the territory of the hotel, they did not demand money for parking, as they do in some other places. In short, I was satisfied with everything, I would put a B minus for the ratio of price, quality, location.
Not a luxury, of course. But a tolerable price tag. It is located in the historical center of the city. Near the local Arbat. It is nice that there is a guarded parking lot. Of the minuses, it is problematic to wash,
We went to see the room... Not only did they get into the scoop , everything was still sad , but I won 't say that it was dirty , in general , they rented an apartment for this money
The suite is warm in December, they give you a kettle, there is Wi-Fi.!! There is no light in the toilet, there are no shoulder hangers, the TV does not work, a plastic plate from the bathroom falls in the bathroom, the fall of water in the sewer parking lot can be heard throughout the room parking almost on the street, outside the camera area, a downpipe from the second floor fell next to the car, they did not dare to have dinner and breakfast. In general, we spent the night. Cheaply.
Marina, the floor attendant, is lazy and rude. She is constantly absent from the workplace
. You ask a question, the answer comes through his teeth and pretends not to hear. There were only 14 grams in the room. She flatly refused to give out a heater, she gave out a second blanket after a scandal and a threat to write a complaint.
Administration! Who works for you???
There is parking. We arrived at night and were well received. The repair is normal. There is no isolation. The feeling that the neighbors are nearby is impenetrable. But!!! If you check in at 3 a.m. Tired of the road and you have to leave early in the morning... Then everything is just great!!!
We were here literally six months ago, we liked everything, especially the location, style and decoration of the Soviet Union, of course we decided to definitely stay here next time....it's terrible, they took a suite, two washed towels, a broken chair with a burnt-out seat, no curtains on the windows, only tulle, floor lamps from the curbstones disappeared somewhere....there is no kettle.... in general, the Soviet Union was a complete failure, there is no question of any soap sets, it is purchased for a fee, bathrobes and slippers - what are you talking about, in general, not a foot here anymore, it's a shame ..... I put a star for the location and parking space, by the way the administrator both the maids and the guard were drinking tea nicely, so I had to look for a room on my own - that's such a service for a suite at the Ural hotel!
A nice price, first of all. Despite the dilapidation of the renovation and interior decoration of the hotel, a clean, good bed. The room had a kind of kitchen. In general, comparing the price and quality of the services provided, I think it's okay. But for pretentious citizens, those in the capital who are ready to pay, this is not your option.
The old Soviet hotel, the prices for accommodation are very affordable. It is problematic to make documents for accommodation. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, there was no mosquito net on the windows, and by morning I had fed dozens of mosquitoes.
A terrible hotel it would be possible to open some kind of recreation complex at this place in the city center at the moment as a hotel it is not just a hangout
I liked it: the antique interior, high ceilings.
I didn't like it: faulty plumbing, the toilet door won't close, dim lighting, an inconvenient one-way street, paid parking in the backyard.
