I visit this institution when necessary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although not everything is there (what did you want? Come when you have to😁). But this is rather an exception. Everyone can explain and show. In general, the impression is good.

I was trying to get information to buy an apartment . Not only did I barely get through, they didn't say anything, they just said "go to the site and see, everything is there"! ...
I even saved the recording of the conversation, let others listen, otherwise they won't believe it !
And these are people selling goods worth tens of thousands of dollars!.....
I believe that impolite, unsmiling, unpleasant specialists work in this institution. It is uncomfortable to communicate with them. The Soviet heritage, absorbed with mother's milk.
The ethics of business communication are at zero. I'm not talking about getting through at all... I called for 2 days in a row at different times - either they don't answer the phone or it's busy... They sometimes communicate as if I personally borrowed money from them for construction and do not give it back))
Very slow specialists. The queue came in and knocked out a ticket. I waited an hour to get just a certificate from a construction participant. And experts go around drinking tea and coffee, then they go around washing mugs for half an hour. Then they go by appointment. And you sit and wait an hour. I went in later without waiting in line and asked how long I could sit for help. It took two or three minutes to issue a certificate.
They work terribly. I should have called to make an appointment to sign an addendum. Agreements-they called for 3 hours, no one answered the phone, then it was busy, then the phone was turned off altogether. The specialists are rude, talking in raised tones, dissatisfied faces. They work very slowly, but they walk around the corridors more.
