The most ideal point from which you can see the city at a glance is the Highland Park. A great place for a photo.
The most convenient way to get up from the Carpet Museum is by funicular. Nearby are the Fire Towers, the Alley of the Shahids, the Eternal Flame, the Turkish Mosque.
