The hotel is new, the renovation is fresh, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean, all appliances are working (refrigerator, TV, microwave, air conditioning, electric kettle, electric stove). All cooking utensils were available. The location is super - everything is close and the "old town" and the bus stop and the main artery of Antalya. CONS: there is never anyone at the reception, the owner needs to be called, garbage is not thrown away (accumulates in the lobby), towels are not changed, rooms are not cleaned. In June 2024, there was a Christmas tree in the lobby))) In general, I recommend the apartment. The location and content are excellent!

The location of the apartment is great: it was convenient to get to the sea, the center and the shopping center. In general, the impressions are normal, but the paid use of an iron with an ironing board was very surprising - we eventually decided to do without. Laundry is also paid, but at least it is understandable here. You can't just take a dryer, only with laundry services. Probably, the tenants of the apartment did not have such problems, we rented a room on the ground floor. It was the first time in Turkey, perhaps, all the simplest extras for payment are the norm of service. I don't know.

a large comfortable room with a kitchen, an excellent bed, powerful air conditioning, this is the most important thing in the heat, new furniture. There is a bus stop nearby, you can go in all directions, including to the beaches.
