Terrible service, the lg 65 oled b1 TV broke down, the TV is not bad, it has been in operation for three years, but there are no spare parts, and if there are, they are very expensive, come on, let's get back to the service, a call was made, after I outlined the problem with the TV, I was asked to deliver it to their service, I I explained that there was no such possibility, the TV was big, they didn't want to take it in a taxi, they didn't have their own car, I was refused a fence, although their website indicated departure within 150 km of Brest. After that, I decided to contact the lg hotline, where they also confirmed the information about 150 km.. I left a request, they promised to call me back within 2 business days, I didn't get a call on the 2nd or 5th day, I decided to dial the hotline again, where they told me that I had detached the TV from the fence and would deliver it myself. I don't understand WHY, Why did I leave a request!!!!!! The hotline promised to look into it and give me an answer. How can you treat your customers so responsibly and not professionally, especially lg customers. Where is lg looking at, why do you need such a service that does not even perform its direct duties and puts (spoils) your riputation in an uncomfortable position. We have all lg appliances in our family, from a vacuum cleaner to televisions, I treated the company with respect, now I will be careful or I won't look at it at all if it doesn't change. I really want lg to make some kind of decision with the lg service center, spare parts problems, repairs cannot cost half the price of a TV when the TV is only three years old. If it were possible to give a minus 5 stars, I would bet, it's not nice to cheat.
